Somos orgullosos propietarios desde 2014. Esta casa de campo linda y limpia se encuentra en Ocean Street, a pocos minutos a pie de la playa de Footbridge. Nuestra familia quiere que usted se sienta relajado y feliz en sus vacaciones. La casa es de aproximadamente 600 s. F. Dormitorio 1: cama Queen, Dormitorio 2: dos camas gemelas. Ropa de cama y almohadas de buen gusto y limpio en las dos habitaciones! Un cuarto de baño (sin bañera, pero tiene el rociador de mano). Disponible para 5 (incluyendo niños). Sugerimos no más de 4 adultos para su comodidad. La sala de estar contiene un sofá cama. AIRE ACONDICIONADO CENTRAL / Calefacción, cocina comedor totalmente equipada (incluyendo microondas) (comedor para 4 personas en el interior o en el exterior), parrilla a gas, LAVADORA Y SECADORA GRATUITA, TV de pantalla plana, cable, reproductor de DVD, WIFI, libre de humo, mascotas gratis, estacionamiento en camino de entrada, mantas, edredones y almohadas siempre. A poca distancia de restaurantes y tiendas. Ciudad es menos de 1 milla con acera. We had a great time in Ogunquit at this little cottage! It is set back off the road behind another cottage and the walk to the beach only takes a couple of minutes. Footbridge beach is gorgeous. The cottage was adorable and had everything we needed. It was nice that the trolley pick up was right up the street from the house. The town had incredible restaurants right nearby/within walking distance. The shops at town are not necessarily within walking distance, but a very short drive away. We had a wonderful experience!

All 5 star! Check-in, communication, well appointed and cute, tidy cottage… and… LOCATION!! The best!! Easy walk to beach (with gorgeous sunrises), also easy walk on beach to downtown Ogunquit. Honestly didn’t need our car other than for adventures outside of Ogunquit. Linda and Marcus were fantastic in their communications and just nice people. We recommend staying here and -would definitely stay here again!!

Excellent location, excellent hospitality

Linda and Marcus are great people to rent from. The cottage is emaculate and aside from linens this place has it all. Perfect fit for a family of 4. Easy walk to Footbridge Beach with 2 trolley stops to choose from to get to downtown. You'll never want to leave!

The property was great and very well furnished and equipped. Very good location. We just find that the Vrbo fees are too expensive.

Thank you for the kind review of our property. I would like to add that in fairness to property owners to please keep reviews limited to the property itself and not VRBO, as we do not control VRBOs exorbitant fees. We already pay them $500/year for the ad that we only use for rentals of a total of about 4 months so we agree that renters should not have to pay the high fees in addition to those we pay. We chose this platform many years ago when only we were charged for the ad and renters were not charged.

Clean and great location

My husband and 9 year old daughter loved staying at beach cottage for a week. It is located so close to river (for fishing) and the beach. The beach buggy, umbrella, boogie boards, beach chairs at cottage made it super easy to pack less stuff for our trip. Would definitely return to this gem!

Lovely cottage

We had a very nice time and Linda couldn't have been any nice or more accommodating. The cottage is small and it's behind another cottage, but it's cozy and had everything we needed, including A/C during a heat wave.

Wonderful Week in ogunquit

This is our second time staying at this cottage. It is perfect for my husband and I. It is just a short walk to beautiful Footbridge Beach. The cottage is nothing fancy but is clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The owners are attentive and answer questions promptly. I would highly reccomend this property!!

Great cottage in a great location!!!!

Upon our arrival, we where greeted by central air conditioning, unheard of in a cottage, and a nice jar of Maine blueberry jam! This is a very well equipped cottage, we had everything we needed. It's super clean and very comfortable. Best feature is the 3 minute walk to the beach! Loved it!

Excellent location

The cottage was very clean and adorable! It had everything we needed for the week! It even has an outdoor shower to wash off the sand after a day at the beach! The location was awesome! It was only a few minutes to Footbridge Beach, pretty close to town and plenty of restaurants around that you can walk too. The owners were very nice to work with, as well, for I had a few questions and they responded very quickly. I would definitely rent again!

Great Cortage!

This property is perfect for a family of 2-4! The property is very clean, close to the beach & in a great neighborhood! There is not a deck or patio for outdoor gathering, rather a table & chairs in the yard. I was concerned about this at first, but it turns out that we enjoyed our stay and time outdoors dining, playing games & just relaxing! The kids loved it! We will definitely rent again!

Cute, Clean & comfortable FOR SURE!

I've stayed at this cottage numerous times over the last 12 yrs. and kept returning because of the fantastic location. This time the cottage has new owners and they have done a fantastic job at making it even better! New mattresses, bedding, new flat screen TV and total paint job made it feel so much brighter and WAY cleaner. I can't wait to go back and enjoy it all over again. Really liked the Thanks Linda & Marcus for making the whole process so easy. See you next year!

It is so nice when former renters come back and enjoy the changes we've made since we purchased the cottage in January 2014. We take great pride in making it a place people would like to return to year after year and a place we like to stay ourselves.

A WELL NEEDED VACATION!

Absolutely wonderful! Quiet, peaceful yet close enough to town or the beach if you want to be around people. We hung out at the cottage, booked a fishing trip, rented electric/pedal bikes for 3 days and went souvenir shopping. What was the most fun was not scheduling things to do. Wake up when you want. If we felt like doing something we did it. And vice versa. My son, Riley and I, were both so happy spending time with each other which we have not been able to do in years! Had never been to Maine but would definitely recommend going to anyone!

Great location if you want to be near the beach

We had a wonderful week at the cottage. Our group consisted of my wife and me, my in-laws and our 14 month old son. We loved having such a short commute to the beach. We usually went more than once a day chasing low tides and sunsets. The proximity to downtown is good, just a little far for us having a stroller to push when it’s hot out. The trolley is the way to go if it’s hot out. There are still several good places to eat at the end of the street. The cottage had just enough space for what we needed, despite being a bit rustic and small. We loved having laundry in the unit, an outdoor shower (essential if you commute to the beach) and central a/c. Would definitely go back.

Great week in Ogunquit

We had a really nice week at Footbridge Beach in Ogunquit, Maine. The cottage was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. As described, the cottage was small but the owners have made good use of utilizing all the space available. There was even a small washer and dryer which was very handy. Owners supplied a variety of household items and beach items which were very useful. The beach cart for going back and forth to the beach was much appreciated. The beach was a short, easy walk. It was just a few minutes walk to the bridge and a few minutes more to cross over the bridge to the actual beach. The beach is really nice, especially at low tide when there is extra space. Lots of great restaurants in the area, many of which are listed in the cottage information binder. We ate on the rooftop of MC Perkins one night which I would definitely recommend. Such a beautiful view of Perkins Cove from this location and the food was very good too! I've been to Ogunquit many times but it was my first time vacationing at Footbridge beach. I really think it is the much nicer section of Ogunquit Beach. The beach is wider and the area is less congested. I concluded the week by taking a leisurely walk on the beach to see the sunrise. So glad I did this as it was one of my favorite parts of the week. The beach is such a peaceful and beautiful spot to be early in the morning. I would definitely recommend renting this cottage!

Under-appreciated Cottage Gem!

I don't want the title to mislead anyone as I am sure others have appreciated their stay here. To set the stage, we are a family of five (5), 10, 7 and 1 year old. The owners have done an amazing job with the cottage. They have maximized the space to its fullest potential. The things you will notice right away is the proximity to the beach (3 minute walk), quiet set-back setting, gas grill, outdoor seating, cleanliness and the outdoor shower (there is one inside as well). Things that require a little time investment by the renter(s) are, understanding the level of planning and forethought that have gone into making your stay as comfortable as possible. Make sure to read the welcome email, read through the Welcome Binder that has information about the area and amenities to the home. It is so well organized that you will find things easier in this home than your own. If you forgot a toiletry or need to replace a light-bulb, they have you covered. Everything is very well taken care of, it does not have that throw away look to the bedding, you know, the ones your friends were getting rid of so you used it to outfit your vacation home. There is a small shed on the property that has beach chairs, beach buggy, beach toys and floats. We could have packed 25% less stuff, which we will take advantage of next year when we return. Make no mistakes, it is a beach cottage, do not expect a AAA Diamond resort, but as beach cottages go, I am sure it gets the award. We will be back next year and I hope your stay is as enjoyable as ours was.

Lovely autumn stay in Ogunquit

We enjoyed our stay at this classic Maine cottage. More than enough room for 2 people, and less than a 5 minute walk to the beautiful Footbridge Beach and many restaurants (we especially enjoyed Angelina’s and Beach Plum Lobster, and we hung out at the fire pit at BeachFire with cocktails several nights just chatting with people). The downtown area and Perkin’s Cove are a little further but definitely walkable, and Portland is a quick drive away. Great location, easy communication with Linda, and the cottage was very comfortable, clean and well-equipped.
