Just 3-5 minutes walk to the Slopes, Ski Check in, the Market, Restaurants, Shops and Entertainment, our newly renovated condo is cozy, quiet, and perfect for a getaway any season of the year!

Spend your days hiking the area’s 30+ miles of trails,
completing the ninja warrior course, soaring down a zip line at ~40mph,
tubing down a hill longer than 3 football fields, playing volleyball/kayaking in the lake or ski out/ski in the patio door to the best ski area in the region!

Our space is warm and cozy, with hardwood floors, nice bedding, and a well appointed kitchen with complimentary coffee.
With Two Fully Convertible Sofas for Extra Space of Sleep.
Wood-burning fireplace, with wood included!

You have the entire condo to yourself including nice, private deck off the living room!
Self Check In with Touchpad Key Entry (Access Code will be provided upon reservation.)

We came for a quick trip, and this place was perfect. Plenty of room and great location. Walking distance to the slopes. Highly recommend!

I rent a lot of VRBOs at Wintergreen, and this unit is the worst I've ever rented. The only good thing about this unit is the location. Issues during my stay included the following. The clothes washer didn't work - a sign "not working" was taped to it. The microwave didn't work (issue with the door sensor). Not sure if the dishwasher works correctly - everything was cold at the end of a "heated dry" cycle and there were odd stains inside. The bed is really low and the mattress was extremely soft and sagging. When the bathroom fan is turned on, the lights turn off (wiring issue). There are mis-matched color temperature blubs in various light fixtures (multiple colors in the chandelier, for example). Drawer broken in bedside table. No dresser in the bedroom. The living room torchiere light was missing the switch. The dining room chairs were worn and stained. The Keurig needs descaling. The unit needs repainting throughout - all types of wear and scuffs and open nail holes from things that are no longer there. The large clock in the kitchen was wrong. Overall, just a very poorly maintained unit and far below the standards of others at Wintergreen. Only good for very basic lodging.

Super easy rental for staying at Wintergreen. Great price point, short walk and owner was very accommodating to adding additional days to my existing rental!

Nice place close to the slopes

Nice unit easy walking distance to Wintergreen ski resort. Comfortable bed. Modern kitchen with everything you need. Easy access to unit via touchpad.
