Clean, Quiet, and Comfortable
The initial impression from the outside was not good....wondering about the safety of the area. Interestingly, the owners were actually at the property doing work to spruce up the outside on our second day there and it does make a difference. We were still leary about going out for a walk late but, of course, it was never actually dark while we were there so it wasn't much of an issue.
The unit was definitely super clean and quiet. With a full size refrigerator, a microwave, and a full stove, it'd be perfect for an extended stay. The wifi was superb with better than 15mps and the TV had more than adequate channels for an extended stay.
Our reason for rating a 4 instead of a 5 had to do with the little details. There was no soap for the shower (there was a dispenser but it was empty). Also, as we were there for four nights, while we did not expect housekeeping at all, we did find it odd that we were provided only two bath towels for the stay.
Overall, we would certainly stay here again with out hesitation. But the little things do mean a lot when you're looking for a short term relaxing stay.
