Beautiful home and setting. Unforeseen issues with water heater and electrical issues made for a stressful stay.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding during the unexpected water heater and electrical issues. It was a stressful day, and we are so grateful for how gracious you were throughout the ordeal. This was an unfortunate situation, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience it caused. We would absolutely love to welcome you back for a much smoother and more enjoyable stay in the future!
All aspects went smoothly. Very clean. Excellent communication with management.

Thank you for your positive review. We are grateful for your feedback and pleased to hear that your experience with us was satisfactory. Your kind words are greatly appreciated, and we look forward to welcoming you back in the future.
We had our adult children and grandchildren stay here for a family reunion. They enjoyed fishing from the shoreline, using the Lilypad for water play, & going onto the lake with kayaks and canoes. The dock and chairs are very accommodating and well laid out for multiple users. The dining and kitchen areas were spacious. The sleeping areas were also very accommodating. We enjoyed our stay immensely.
The cabin was perfectly situated on the lake, and was very easy to access. We had no trouble checking in at the main gate or at the property, and found everything we needed easily as we settled in. It was clean, though we did see some dusty spots around some of the ceiling air registers, and some cobwebs up in the windows. The dishwasher also had a broken arm for the top rack, which we found in one of the cabinets, so we ended up handwashing a lot of items to not overtax the dishwasher, which worked fine for our group! Bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and comfortable...the shower especially had amazingly strong water pressure which was fantastic! We didn't get to enjoy the hot-tub as it's filter was clogged, and the water level was too low and we couldn't find a hose on the back of the house to fill it further. We also weren't able to use the only truly adult sized kayak as someone previous to us chained it to a canoe that was broken. The other kayak and canoe worked well though, and we enjoyed swimming and boating on the lake. It was very quiet, and we got to see lots of fish and deer. The hammock, grill, and fire pit were also great adds, and our group really enjoyed having comfortable spaces to sit inside and outside. The kitchen had everything we needed, and everything worked properly except the ice maker in the freezer, which is possibly not hooked up. While some of the broken or not quite working things were a little sad, it didn't ruin our trip and we would stay again

Thank you for your detailed feedback! I’m glad to hear that you enjoyed the cabin’s location on the lake and found the check-in process smooth. It’s great to know that you appreciated the clean bathrooms and bedrooms, and the strong water pressure in the shower.
I’m sorry to hear about the issues with the dusty spots, cobwebs, and the dishwasher arm. We’ll make sure to address these concerns promptly. I also regret that the hot tub and kayak were not fully functional during your stay. I appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention, as it helps us make improvements.
Despite these challenges, I’m happy to hear that you enjoyed the hammock, grill, fire pit, and the peaceful environment. We’d love to host you again and will strive to ensure a smoother experience in the future. Thank you for your understanding and for choosing to stay with us!
