WALK TRÈS COURT DE LA PLAGE! ! Nous avons ajouté de nouveaux tapis dans les lits superposés et les chambres principales. Joli bungalow sur la plage avec une grande piscine chauffée (il suffit de demander des détails). Situé à seulement 2 pâtés de maisons de la plage et à 20 minutes du centre-ville, cette maison a la sensation d'une vieille maison de plage de temps et luxe moderne. Cette maison a de grands équipements, y compris une grande piscine avec option de chauffage, une terrasse sur le toit, Wifi et 4 télévisions. Il y a une salle de bains avec une baignoire sur pattes avec un rideau de douche qui l'entoure. La deuxième plus grande salle de bain a une douche et a une pièce jointe laveuse / sécheuse. Le grand porche a une table à manger supplémentaire extensible et un futon pour dormir ou simplement lire. Profitez de la fraîcheur de la mer et des vues depuis le toit.

Fun, quirky little place. We had a good time. Too cold for the pool, but the beach is very close. Completely fenced yard is great for a dogs. Off street parking and plenty of places to eat on Isle of Palms and Sullivan Island. Go to Fort Mourtrie just a few minutes away

We had a great time at John’s house. He had great communication during our visit and checked in several times as we had quite cold weather. Plenty of space with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths.

Great place and location. The pool and hot tub were put to good use. Plenty of rooms to prepare for a wedding and everything you would need in the kitchen to make a big breakfast! Rooftop deck was perfect for grabbing photos of the area.

What an amazing house! Fantastic view from the rooftop deck, the pool was a bonus and the location was perfect. The host answered every question I had prior to our visit and was very gracious and kind. Hopefully it will be available on our next trip to IOP!

Great location

Great location to beach. 5 minute walk at max. Great pool area and rooftop deck. The house is old with great character. My only complaint is one bathroom needs an update of bathtub / shower and shelving to put items. The other bathroom is great and modern.

Thank you for your input. We just replaced the tub this spring- so it is brand new. We can certainly add some shelving however. We replaced the older clawfoot tub that was awkward and hard to get in/out.

Perfect getaway!

The Bungalow was the perfect getaway! Even though it was March and the weather was a little cool, we still enjoyed the beach, walks in the neighborhood, visited downtown Charleston, and shopped in Sullivans Island. The owner was wonderful and helpful to make our stay enjoyable.

Fun beach house

We had a great time for my bachelorette at this VRBO! Perfect location with a short walk to the beach, 5 minute drive to amazing restaurants and coffee. The private pool, rooftop, and hot tub was so nice! Host was very responsive. One thing to note, pool maintenance does come on Saturdays which I was not aware of.

Family spring break

Our family of 10 had a fantastic spring break on this property. The pool and deck were amazing and you are just a short walk to the beach. The house is older but everything was clean and organized. Pool was fantastic and the deck was amazing to use for views. The hot tub wasn’t quite ready when we arrived but John took care of the issues quickly and was always there to respond. We had a great trip, would stay again

Great house in an excellent location

The description of the house was spot on and we had a great time at the house with no difficulties or concerns at all. Neighborhood was very quiet and the beach was closer than expected. The owner was very responsive and we would happily stay here again if we travel back to the Charleston area.

Great Beach Stay

We had a wonderful time at the beach. Owner is very responsive to any needs that we had. Beach is close and the pool was wonderful. Only advice to future renters is to realize this is a beach house that is older. We had a great stay and loved the location.

The rooftop deck is spectacular for sunsets and ocean views. It has lot's of character and you will really enjoy it's comforts and amenities.
