WALK TRÈS COURT DE LA PLAGE! ! Nous avons ajouté de nouveaux tapis dans les lits superposés et les chambres principales. Joli bungalow sur la plage avec une grande piscine chauffée (il suffit de demander des détails). Situé à seulement 2 pùtés de maisons de la plage et à 20 minutes du centre-ville, cette maison a la sensation d'une vieille maison de plage de temps et luxe moderne. Cette maison a de grands équipements, y compris une grande piscine avec option de chauffage, une terrasse sur le toit, Wifi et 4 télévisions. Il y a une salle de bains avec une baignoire sur pattes avec un rideau de douche qui l'entoure. La deuxiÚme plus grande salle de bain a une douche et a une piÚce jointe laveuse / sécheuse. Le grand porche a une table à manger supplémentaire extensible et un futon pour dormir ou simplement lire. Profitez de la fraßcheur de la mer et des vues depuis le toit.

Great place and location. The pool and hot tub were put to good use. Plenty of rooms to prepare for a wedding and everything you would need in the kitchen to make a big breakfast! Rooftop deck was perfect for grabbing photos of the area.

What an amazing house! Fantastic view from the rooftop deck, the pool was a bonus and the location was perfect. The host answered every question I had prior to our visit and was very gracious and kind. Hopefully it will be available on our next trip to IOP!

Great location

Great location to beach. 5 minute walk at max. Great pool area and rooftop deck. The house is old with great character. My only complaint is one bathroom needs an update of bathtub / shower and shelving to put items. The other bathroom is great and modern.

Great location, so close to the beach, lots of great restaurants nearby. It was so cold for the pool but we got a lot of use out of the jacuzzi.

Perfect getaway!

The Bungalow was the perfect getaway! Even though it was March and the weather was a little cool, we still enjoyed the beach, walks in the neighborhood, visited downtown Charleston, and shopped in Sullivans Island. The owner was wonderful and helpful to make our stay enjoyable.

Fun beach house

We had a great time for my bachelorette at this VRBO! Perfect location with a short walk to the beach, 5 minute drive to amazing restaurants and coffee. The private pool, rooftop, and hot tub was so nice! Host was very responsive. One thing to note, pool maintenance does come on Saturdays which I was not aware of.

first vacation in five years

the property was fantastic....close enough to walk to the beach and fun enough to relax throught out our stay....the only down side was that the front door sometimes would not unlock and the if you have light colored hair be ready for it to be lovely shayed of greenish blue....however that happens with pool water and blonde hair.....other than that would diffently stay again

Family spring break

Our family of 10 had a fantastic spring break on this property. The pool and deck were amazing and you are just a short walk to the beach. The house is older but everything was clean and organized. Pool was fantastic and the deck was amazing to use for views. The hot tub wasn’t quite ready when we arrived but John took care of the issues quickly and was always there to respond. We had a great trip, would stay again

The host allowed us to check in about 40 minutes early. He answered any communication quickly. The hot tub and pool were fantastic, the pool did run cold, so early morning swimming when we were there was not optimal, but the temps ran about 82 or lower. The hot tub was used many hours. It does have 4 bedrooms, but bedroom 3 and 4 utilize same door inside to get to the room, but bedroom 4 does have door going to the outside which could be used not to travel through bedroom 3 at night. The second bathroom has been remodeled and is best for people about 150lbs or less if using the toilet as if you are larger your sides may touch the wall or shower door. There is a very large bathroom with a large walkin shower that is great and can accomadate all size people. The roof top deck is nice, and has plenty of seating. The area around the pool has plenty of seating, area to move around, and floats to use. The shower outside has warm and cold water which was wonderful as a few days were windy.

We were in town for a regatta and loved staying here with the crew!! Backyard pool and tub was awesome! And a great location! Will definitly be back next time we are in town!

Great house in an excellent location

The description of the house was spot on and we had a great time at the house with no difficulties or concerns at all. Neighborhood was very quiet and the beach was closer than expected. The owner was very responsive and we would happily stay here again if we travel back to the Charleston area.

Great Beach Stay

We had a wonderful time at the beach. Owner is very responsive to any needs that we had. Beach is close and the pool was wonderful. Only advice to future renters is to realize this is a beach house that is older. We had a great stay and loved the location.

This was our second time to stay at this well appointed property! Perfect for families within walking distance to a quiet stretch of beach! After a day of fun in the sun, we welcomed jumping into the saltwater pool!
