Incredible Oceanfront Retreat-Päivittäinen siivouspalvelu / Yksityinen Cook mukana!

Kaunis, suojaisa merenranta kotiin uskomattomat näkymät joka huoneessa. Home sijaitsee meren rannalla toisella puolella ja laguunin toisella puolella. Ihana ulkona oleskelutilat sekä tilava, mukava, perheystävällinen sisätiloissa elää. Hintaan sisältyy meidän taloudenhoitaja / kokki paikan päällä päivittäin, joka valmistaa kaksi herkullista ateriaa joka päivä. Maksat ruokaa, jonka hän tekee loput. Tämä on todellinen loma!

Suuri avoin olohuone liukuvaa lasi ovet Oceanfront patio toisella puolella ja laguunin patio toisella. Patio on vain kahdeksan askeleen hiekkarannalle kristallinkirkkaan vesivettä ja riuttoja snorklausta varten. Nauti melonta, uinti ja snorklausta. On ulkona kuuma / kylmä suihku käytettävissä ennen löhöilyä lepotuolin ja rentoutuen lempeä Ocean Breeze. Outdoor elintaso on täydellinen al freso ruokailu keitetyt ja palvelee oma yksityinen kokki!

Kaikki neljä makuuhuonetta on vettä näkemyksiä ja oma kylpyamme. Master kuningas makuuhuoneessa oma patiot sekä merelle ja laguunin puolella. Muut makuuhuoneet ovat kuningas, toisessa kaksi kaksoset, ja yksi. Sittng huoneessa on oma kylpyhuone on vuodesohva, joka muuntuu queen nukkuja. Lisäksi on makuuhuone pois keittiö, jossa kaksi erillistä vuodetta ja kylpyhuone.

wonderful stay

this is a beautiful house with a large private lot, large gathering areas indoors and outdoors. it has the best part of the beach and a dock on the calm lagoon in the back. Ruth, the housekeeper, is extremely helpful and an excellent cook.

We had the most wonderful time at Sanderling! Ruth was absolutely wonderful. She showed my youngest son how to cut open a coconut and he hasn't stopped talking about it. The property is so beautiful and relaxing. We cannot wait to come back.

Perfection!!

Our stay at Sanderling was wonderful!! The house itself is the perfect combination of that old Bahamas feel and modern comfort. When you enter the home, you can feel the love, warmth and incredible memories that have been made there. We didn’t want for anything during our stay. The amenities and location kept our family perfectly content for 8 nights. There is a market nearby that is very well stocked and the staff is super friendly. We did a fair amount of driving to get to all of the locations we wanted to see, but that was part of the adventure. You could certainly stay on property for multiple days and be absolutely content. The bay on one side of the house was perfect for just floating and relaxing or taking a leisurely morning paddle. We saw turtles, rays, and sharks every day. Out front the kids loved jumping in the waves and walking the beach. We paddled around the beached barge out front a couple of times, which was a good workout. There is a beautiful island breeze that constantly blows through keeping the house cool. No need for AC, but it is available in each room for comfort if needed. I especially loved showering in the outdoor shower each afternoon. To top it all off, Ms. Ruth took such good care of us. She is a lovely soul and we thoroughly enjoyed just chatting with her in the kitchen. She made us the most delicious meals. The kids loved helping her make coconut milk from fresh coconut found in the yard. Her fresh bread and conch fritters are second to none.

A fantastic family vacation!

We were 2 families with 6 teens/young adults between us. And, the set up of the house and property couldn't have been more ideal. Everyone had their own space and a limitless supply of things to do - swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, etc.. When you come to Sanderling, you feel like you've stepped back in time. The house is a little tired, so don't expect the Ritz. But, everything about the home, the property, and especially Ruth made us feel like we were visiting family. It really was a spectacular stay!

Cotton Bay paradise

We spent a week at this beautiful beachfront location and wish we had stayed longer! This property boasts private bathrooms for each of the multiple bedrooms and they all have at least one view of the water, whether it is the oceanfront or the lagoon out back.The housekeeper cooked the food we provided for our dinners and everything was top notch! We would highly recommend this property and hope to visit again .

A Lovely, Quiet Spot

This was our second trip here. The house is wonderfully situated at the end of a peninsula, with the ocean on one side and a shallow, sandy lagoon on the other. The lagoon is a wonderful place to laze away a few hours watching turtles, rays and maybe a little shark!Ruth, the cook/housekeeper is amazing. She will help you arrange a rental car,find groceries and fresh fish which she cooks to perfection. Her conch fritters are especially good.We hope to return.

Enjoyed every minute

I cannot say enough about Ruth! She is a fantastic cook and concierge! We had something break on our boat and couldn’t get the solder gun we needed to fix it at local hardware stores. Ruth knew someone that had the tool we needed and had it at delivered to the house the same afternoon. She is warm, friendly and has excellent attention to detail. She is flexible and patient and just an all around good person. Though the house itself may look a little dated it is functional, comfortable, incredibly roomy and well stocked.

A Very Special Place

This is a lovely older home, with large bedrooms and great living space. From the east patio, the ocean is just a few steps away; from the west, a beautiful, peaceful lagoon with a soft, sandy bottom: a great place to relax in the calm water. The kayaking there was great, too. The house has 3 kayaks to enjoy. Ruth was amazing. She hunted up fresh fish for us several nights, made conch fritters and even some desserts and lots of homemade bread! What a great treat to have someone do the cooking! The house sits on a beautifully landscaped large lot. It’s the last house on the road and surrounded by water on three sides. We had a lovely, relaxing week. One thing: take plenty of bug repellent!

Wish we had more time!

This property was a perfect fit for us (7 people), though could easily have held more. Though the house could use some updating in terms of screen doors, etc, it could not have been more perfectly laid out, situated, clean, and welcoming. We very much appreciated AC in every room and the perfectly positioned bedrooms (most with their own doors to the outside) and were continually stunned to be at the tip of the peninsula between the quiet bay and the more raucous Atlantic. Ruth was patient, kind, and helpful -- it was hard for all of us to leave!

We felt like Hollywood royalty!

There were 10 of us that stayed at Sanderling! This was a magical trip for our family! The house is so much more beautiful than the photos! It is like you’ve stepped back in time, a time when life is cool and carefree! Five bedrooms have a private bath and the sitting room also has a private bath! The views and the sound of the waves crashing all day and night were incredible! Ruth was the icing on the key lime pie!! She welcomed our group and she treated us with warmth and kindness, we were so comfortable! We spoke to Ruth at the beginning of our stay and we put together a loose menu for breakfasts and dinners we shopped and she prepared the meals! The location of this property is perfect. You are surrounded by water. The breezes and the views are restorative. What makes this wonderful house a home is Ruth who treats you and greets you like family. This was an ideal stay for us and I can't imagine it being any less for anyone else. PERFECT

We absolutely LOVED our time on this property!! It exceeded our expectations and we enjoyed every minute. The house is so pleasantly situated where you can see water no matter which window you look out of. Ruth added a lot to our vacation too. She is a wonderful cook and went above and beyond in helping us with various things. She arranged for our rental car and helped us with the conch shells we found. All her food she prepared was delicious. It truly was a magical vacation and everyone in our family had a marvelous time. Wray was also very responsive and helpful in answering my endless questions before the trip. If we ever go back to Eleuthera, we will stay there for sure!
