Magnificently updated two-bedroom, two full bath condo centrally located on the 6th floor of Tower 2! Astounding views of the emerald green water and white sugar sand beaches await you! This is your little slice of heaven on earth.

This newly renovated condo features a master bedroom with a plush king size mattress and a large updated master bathroom. The guest bedroom has two plush queen size beds and an updated guest bathroom. The unit has a large open floor plan designed for entertaining and the open kitchen layout allows you to entertain while preparing your “at home clambake” of succulent king crab-legs and yummy lobster tails! All the furniture is brand new, everything is freshly painted and exceptionally clean..…think pottery barn-beach edition!

The amenities offered at this well-managed resort are amazing! You are within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and less than a mile from Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park. Walk just steps to the beach. No streets to cross to get to the private beach or the seasonally heated pool. From this lovely complex, you'll experience the sights and sounds of the ocean, watch a sunrise or sunset over the water or the sail boats and fishing boats go by.

Less than 4 miles away is the Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750-square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini-train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop

Won't stay here again...

Front door severely damaged. Discovered a large pan of old stinky seafood left in the oven! Unit is definitely outdated. Bed in main suite is extremely squeaky making it hard to sleep. We've stayed in Shoreline Towers many times, and this was the worst unit we've experienced.....won't select this one again....

I really love this place the condo was clean and big love it that it has 3 bads only problem that I had our bathromm was stuck up full of hair i had to call office to fix that for us not sure why didn't ppl do that who was staying in that condo Before us or housekeeping but other then that everything was perfect will definitely come back next year

Traveling with kids

The location and views out the balcony were great. The inside of the condo needs some updating. A fresh coat of paint on all the walls, baseboards, and cabinetry would do this place wonders! Also the dishes could use updating. We pulled out several pans that were very old with stains on the inside. This condo has great potential with the layout and location just needs some updating.

Family reunion week

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental experience is easy through the association website. We do this to get multiple units. We continue to rent here because of this. Other reasons we rent here include short walk to beach, ease of getting to grocery stores and Target and probably the most important reason: most of the rental units will have multiple beds in the second and third bedrooms. I won’t rent units when the accommodations say 6 people and 2 of the 6 need to stay on a sleeper sofa in living room. Kitchen was lacking space to store pantry and dry good items. We also didn’t have full sets of dishes, including no cereal bowls. Tub in main bathroom didn’t drain well. I realize the condos are used hard during the summer and turn around time is tight. Condos here are overall clean.

It was clean and more than what I expected for the price. Unfortunately, the we were not allowed in the water for majority of the week. The beach patrol wouldn't allow anyone to even touch the water due to rip currents. We came to Destin for a beach vacation. EXTREMELY disappointed.

Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying at Shoreline Towers. I think unit 2064 needs some updates. The TV is very small and had a narrator talking. We did not have the TV remote to fix this. We inquired, but nobody got back to us. The floors were dirty, but everything else was very clean. Outside parking needs more handicap parking spots. We only saw one and it was always taken.

Great location/Needs improvement

First, the positive points: The location is great! It’s a short walk to the beach and there is a lot to do in the area. The kitchen is well supplied. The negative: When we first walked into the condo, there was a mildew smell. We bought a candle and some Lysol which helped. It was in the AC vents. Speaking of the AC, the compressor is in a space inside the kitchen area. It’s so loud when it kicks on that we had a hard time hearing the TV when it was running (pretty much constantly in the heat of the day). There was trash under the beds. The cleaning staff obviously isn’t doing a deep clean. The second bathroom’s tub was very SLOW to drain. The master bathroom’s toilet flushes very slowly. We would not stay here again. For what we paid, there was just too many things wrong with it.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was okay. The decor was very pretty. We did not have blinds in the master bedroom so there was no privacy while construction workers were going and coming in our balcony. Die to no blinds the master bedroom got very hot during the day and didn’t cook down much at night which made the entire unit warm. The comforters were stained and rugs were filthy. We enjoy Shoreline Towers but don’t know if we would rent this Unit again.

April One Week Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Firstly, we love Shoreline Towers and have been many times over the past 15 years. The unit we stayed in this time had a nice view of the Gulf. The furniture was updated and the kitchen was well equipped (but could use a few more bowls and wine glasses). The bathrooms were dated but the shower had very strong pressure and was very hot (be careful). There was a lot of construction going on while we were there but it didn’t bother us. You can’t park under the building and some of the exits were closed off but it wasn’t noisy. We will definitely be back to shoreline. The beach is one of the nicest you will ever see.

Great Short getaway!

I've never seen so many Dolphins and that's a first for as many times as I've stayed with Shoreline. Big shout out to Daniel and His wife they are so accommodating and nice. It rained stormed on our last day there. But we had a great week. Only disappointed was I didn't get to eat at my favorite place Boshamps it was too crowded and they wouldn't do carry out.

Wonderful vacation on the beach!

Great location overlooking the gulf. Easy access to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Condo was clean and had all of our basic necessities. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time!

The unit was very nice (newly renovated) and the view was fabulous! We only had one issue with the air conditioning unit and it was promptly addressed by maintenance. If there was one improvement I could note is that we would have liked to have seen the pool be closer to the beach. We only used the pool 1 time because it was a "hike" as it was near the registration desk.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Took 5 weeks to get broken dishwasher replaced, 3 days to get broken bed replaced. AC vents had mold and dirt,couches were damp, had to be cleaned. Owner spends min. on the unit, apparently only in it for the money. Been going to shoreline for over 10 years, will not be going back.
