Gather your loved ones around the dining table, comfortably accommodating up to eight guests, or opt for a more casual setting at the five-seat breakfast bar in the well-appointed kitchen, perfect for Sunday family dinners or late-night snacks.

This charming home accommodates up to 8 guests, offering a convenient single-floor layout with a king-sized suite, a queen-sized suite, an additional queen-sized bedroom, and a room equipped with bunk beds, featuring two twin-sized beds—all conveniently serviced by a shared family bathroom.

When you return from your thrilling escapades at the nearby theme parks, escape to your private oasis. Relax by taking a dip in the refreshing swimming pool or rejuvenate in the soothing spillover spa, basking in the radiant Florida sunshine. For those seeking a bit of indoor entertainment, the games room awaits, complete with a ping pong table for hours of friendly competition.

Family Vacation

My family and I really enjoyed Sweet Tea Cottage. We were visiting from Ohio to enjoy Disney, Epcot & Universal. We originally booked here because the map showed that the house was inside the Disney World Resort. Which is NOT correct. I understand you can't give the exact location of the house for privacy reasons, but I think the pin should be moved closer to the actual location of the Encore Resort. It's still within 15-20mins of getting to the parks. Overall the house had everything we needed. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and get away if they needed. We did have a family member that was in a powered wheelchair and she was able to move throughout the house. Our pool & spa heat was not functional for our stay even though we had paid for it to be turned on. The management was attentive to our concerns and we will be refunded. We also would recommend ceiling fans in the bedroom to help circulate the air. Overall a very nice place and location. We would book again.

Big house with some downsides

The listing shows the house is right in the heart of Disney, while the actual house is about 15 minutes away. We were told this before being I committed to the property but I still think it is deceiving to list the location incorrectly. The house is nice and matches the pictures. The beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are nice although the shower in the stand alone bathroom could use a better shower head. The house is very spacious. Decent quality furnishings. I have a few suggestions that would make it even better. 1. Add ceiling fans 2. Improve noise dampening throughout the house. The two bedrooms directly off the kitchen are able to hear everything, even with the doors close. 3. Add a water softener and/or filter to remove the sulfur smell and taste, especially the hot water. I understand it’s a common issue in Central Florida, but the smell was so strong.

Beautiful property with misleading location

The actual property is beautiful and clean. Kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of towels. The management sends you a list of basic supplies and it is very basic. For instance: 1 roll of very thin toilet paper per bathroom. We paid extra for a heated pool and hot tub, but it was not turned on when we arrived. It took an entire day to warm up. The hot tub never worked. The reason for the lower rating is the deceptive description of the property location. It is no where near Disney properties! This is apparent if you look it up on an independent map, but their map is not to scale!

Fantastic!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The rental is beutifully furnished with modern decor and plenty of space. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the private pool, We also loved the resort ameneties including the water park.There was never a dull moment! The location was also ideal for visiting the parks and shopping centers. Would highly reccommend, we cant wait to come back again soon!
