The resort was nice, however our cottage came with a list of issues. Cleanliness of the cottage was a big one. Upon check in, the floors were filthy and food particles were left under kitchen counters. The upper level bathroom smelled of urine and was almost unusable the smell was strong. There were 10 of us in a 4 bedroom and no additional linens available. We discovered this at bedtime and my husband had to drive up to the main lobby of the hotel to get pillows and blankets. The second floor tv in the loft area would not turn on. One of the second floor ceiling fans made a noise when turned on high. The pool heater was left on so when we checked in, the pool was unbearably hot. The hairdryer only had one prong on the plug so it was unusable. We called about the fan and the tv when we got there and were told someone would come out. Nobody showed up so we called again a few hours later. Again, we were told someone would be out to fix it but still nobody came so we did without both the entire stay.
