Beautiful Avida Condo, you'll be in the heart of the Romantic Zone and a short walk from everything it has to offer - wonderful beaches, food, shopping, theater, and nightlife.

As soon as you walk through the door of this unique and stylish home, you will love the décor, automation, floor to ceiling windows which slide fully open to let the outdoors in. This along with all the other many amenities the building has to offer. Game room, reading room, tv room, meeting room, along with rooftop hammocks, firepit, BBQ, hot tub and pool all with beautiful views of the mountain side and ocean. We are exited for you to experience your home away from home in this amazing city.

This property could not be located in a better spot. We are walking distance to everything you could possibly want to do. The beach, clubs and restaurants are all just steps away. Enjoy the river walk which is just one block away with lots of fun shops, galleries and food establishments as well as many other great activities.

What makes this property unique

Our property is the first LEED certified building in Peurto Vallarta Mexico. Energy efficient in every way as well as non-smoking.
