This house was great for our group. The host was very quick to respond to messages and questions. The location is wonderful……10 minutes to downtown St. Pete and only a little farther to St. Pete’s beach. Had everything we needed.

Great place for our group of business men from multiple states! The check-in is convenient. The neighborhood is residential and quiet. The property is clean, has a modern kitchen and room to relax. The back yard is a fun hangout area too! Josh is a quick responding host! Check-out is easy as well.

Wonderful house in St. Pete

We stayed at this house with our sailing team and it accommodated everyone perfectly in a conveninet location. Beautifully decorated house, spacious, well laid-out, and very clean. The host was very responsive and friendly. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommend.

Make sure you realize this is a shared property I did not

The house is clean, modern, and very spacious. I wish this is where the review ended. Make sure you realize this is a shared property, I did not notice that. The attached garage is a studio apartment. The is a door inside the property still that leads to the garage. It is a locked door (like in hotel) but it is not walled off. It has a hot tub directly under the master bedroom window. We could hear them and they were not being loud especially at night when they were in hot tub just 8 feet from the master bedroom. The chairs to their outside space by the hot tub are directly by the master bathroom window. If this does not bother you then there are no issues the space was great. We did not want a shared property and it was a surprise and uncomfortable.

Thank you for your feedback! Although we did list this information in the property description, we completely understand where you're coming from with not knowing there is an attached apartment. We have since removed the attached apartment and now the whole home is for rent, no sharing of any spaces. Thanks again and we'd love to welcome you back in the future!

Josh (the host) was very easy to work with. Construction in the area made it hard to navigate getting to the house. Which I understand cannot be held against the host. The neighbor was nice and quiet but the hotel behind the house was not the most desirable. If we were to go back to the area I would definitely rent this house again.
