There are 2 Parking Spaces Included, and extra parking on the street. Walmart, Target, Trader Joe's and other stores are within walking distance! Penn State Campus and Beaver Football Stadium is just a 5 minute drive!

Penn State Fun!

This property was an excellent fit for our family's visit to State College! The living space was very accommodating, and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen supplies were somewhat limited, but the host was very responsive, and we had a wonderful time.

The condo is good size and clean with everything we needed. There are 2 parking spots in front of the unit under a car port, but they are bit narrow for a full size truck. The location worked well for us, but it's not walking distance to campus (walking to the bus stop would work though)

We enjoyed our short stay at this townhome in State College. It was very roomy for us, and it was nice to have Keurig coffee and snacks supplied for us. The window air units and ceiling fan worked great. A suggestion would be to have some hand towels. I didn't rate down because of that. Thanks for a nice stay!

This property was in a very good location and communication with the host was very, very good. Any questions I had were answered promptly. One recommendation that I would make to the owner would be to update the property and paint the whole inside. This property needs some TLC.

I was traveling for work and needed to be in State College for multiple weeks. I did not want to stay in a hotel and this property was just the ticket for making feel like I was at home. Quiet neighborhood and a clean and comfortable home. The host was VERY attentive and communicated well. 9.5 for me! The only reason it’s not a 10 is there is no washer and dryer on site. Otherwise I highly recommend this property!
