This property has the absolute BEST location to view the fireworks, boat parades, coastal birds and all the things you want to see when you come to Rockport. You can WALK to the beach, liquor store, grocery store and several restaurants, including Yarbarita's Sip and Swing. --This unit also has a private balcony off the master bedroom suite...Fabulous perks in a brand new, one-of-kind property.

EXTREMELY colorful and enjoyable 1200sf unit with all the bells and whistles. Very fast internet, so there is no problem working from your new "home"! ;)

You will have your own personal "smart code" for top notch security and convenience and there is plenty of parking beside the building.

My wife and I live in Rockport, so we will be glad to help with anything that may arise.

In beautiful Rockport, Texas. You will be waterfront on Little Bay, overlooking the Beach, the ski basin, the festival grounds, Blue Herons and Porpoises!

Plenty of parking available. Also, you can rent and drive golf carts (you will get a 25% discount on golf cart rentals if you stay with us - you only need a valid driver's license and current auto insurance).

SPECIAL PERKS: You and your guests will receive 25% off all (non-discounted) food and drinks at Yarbarita's Sip and Swing restaurant and you will receive FREE delivery (tipping appreciated). --You will also receive 25% off any GOLF CART and/or kayak rental at Yarbarita's (subject to availability).

This is a great location with nice views off the balcony. Pat's Perch had everything we needed and communication with the owner was very easy through the app. Highly recommended.

Absolutely one of the best places we have stayed at! Only issue was, the shower wouldn’t get very warm at all. Other than that place was beautiful and great access to the water. Host was very responsive. Can’t wait to visit again

yes! Host very responsive. Space very nicely laid out. Kitchen and dining area spacious. Lovely shower and nice to have two full baths. Beautiful views from main area. Rest of windows in condo have shutters that block any views. (probably to block the sun in hot weather. We visited during an unusal winter cold spell.) Easy access to water and great grocery store near by. Think dimmers on lights in main area would be nice and some cooking equipment could be replaced. Condo clean and relaxing. Would recommend!

An excellent choice. The rental was more like a home with everything one needs for our stay. Excellent location near to everything you might need. Greg and Lupe were great making sure we had everything we needed. It’s a beautiful rental well appointed accessories. with superb furnishings. I would not hesitate to return.

Rockport

I've stayed at many short-term rentals over the years and I would rate this as one of the best in terms of cleanliness, habitability, location, and useful owner-supplied extras. My only caution concerns VRBO itself, which complicated the check-in process by making the information available only if you download their app. I had not done this ahead of time, and my phone was out of range when I parked at the apartment. Fortunately, people next door at the restaurant knew how to contact the owner directly, and he graciously provided the door code. Without this bit of luck, I would have been stymied. With VRBO, several times throughout my stay I got messages that I had messages. Why not just send me the message directly? I suppose this stupidity has something to do with marketing. If you don't mind putting up with another app on your phone, I highly recommend this rental.

Rockport is a laid-back Texas coastal town with the only "Blue Wave" certified beach in the area (certified for cleanliness, safety, and a family-friendly environment). The gentle breezes, the birds and the sea air are always a gentle kiss upon us all.

What makes this property unique

This unit is one of only 4 condos in The Pigeon House. It is absolutely the BEST location in Rockport, and it sits right on the water, overlooking Rockport Beach and Rockport's famed "ski basin". There are ALWAYS lots of interesting things to see from your private, shaded comfortable balcony....
