The owners put a lot of thought into the design and updated the place very nicely. Very nice location easy on and off to the highway if you’re going into Providence, etc..

The apartment was freshly cleaned, the a/c units kept the unit cool, the beds were very comfortable and parking was a few steps from entrance. Centrally located, 50 minutes to Downtown Boston, 40 minutes to several beaches and a very responsive host! It was perfect for our needs!

The overall experience was good. The place was clean and stocked with all the necessary essentials. We didn’t cook but all the tools needed were available. The issues included a keypad with a dying battery that rendered us unable to access the property for about 20 minutes. Had some communication delay with host before getting information to access lockbox to obtain a physical key. The host sent someone to replace battery the next day. On first night of the stay. the next door neighbor sat in car playing loud music while smoking marijuana for hours. Aside from the aforementioned issues, the property met our needs. The property is clean with quick trip to downtown Providence.

I would stay here again. it was clean and easy to get to with off road parking. I felt safe in the neighborhood. it was nice that they had good towels and more than 2; as we stayed 9 nights. the bedrooms had good space and the beds were comfortable. however, I did not see a washer and dryer as listed in amenities. if in another part of the apartment/house, I was not given instructions, and we had to go somewhere else to do a load of laundry. also, outside space did not have a seating area. I wish rentals would have a few board games available. Checking out was an easy process.

I had a very nice stay, and it was easy to communicate with the property management. Tv was in every room to accommodate me and my kids. The apartment accommodated all our needs. I would stay here again when visiting Rhode Island.

Great place for a family visiting colleges

Property was as advertised. Everything was clean and it had everything we needed (linens, towels, toaster oven, etc.) and included off street parking. 15 minutes to “College Hill”, so location was perfect for us.

Recommend!

Near highway access but not too close that it is heard from the property. Dunkin is literally around the corner from the apartment, was super fast to grab breakfast and coffee then get on the highway. The property was furnished with kitchen essentials, paper towels, toilet paper, and bath towels. Very cute property we would stay here again.

Good for a short stay

The neighbors were quit noisy till about 3am. No place to hang bathroom towels. Shower curtain was not very clean

Neighbors

The 2nd floor neighbors of this first floor apartment were incredibly noisy well after midnight each night. Loud talking, running and what sounded like moving furniture across the floor.

The apt was as advertised with enough space for my family. The host was quick to respond to any questions that i did have. My biggest complaint with the property was that everything was loud (not the owners fault) the walls are paper thin and we could hear every little movement the people upstairs made from the dog running around to a baby crying. The floors were very uneven and there were lots of floor boards that creaked. The pillows on the bed were flat, so i should have packed my own. Also the shower curtain in the bathroom needed to be longer so we were extra cautious to keep the water in the tub. There was also an air conditioner still in the window when it was freezing outside so we had to keep the heat up (which was noisy because its forced hot air). I know this is a laundry list of complaints but over all our stay was good. It was easy to get to and i liked that we had our own parking spot designated for us.

Stayed with my family and the unit itself is exactly pictured and nice, the host was very responsive in regards to questions and concerns HOWEVER the neighbors that live in the same unit are noisy. For the Three days My family and I stayed at the unit. The neighbors decided that 4 am is the perfect time to blast music thru their car stereo for a full hour waking up my whole family. On the third night my family and I was woken up to the fire alarm going off in the whole building at 2 am. I wouldnt recommend booking this place if you want to have a good nights sleep. I truly believe based on reading the reviews from previous guest it seems like whoever lives permanently at the building does not like that fact that this is a vacation rental, therefore the constant noise thats being reported by others also. But thats just my opinion. The neighborhood itself is kind of sketchy since there is nothing really around the area besides a dunkin' donuts a few 100 meters away it is however reall close to the freeway and about 15 minutes or so away from the airport. Overall the check in process and host was good but I wouldnt consider staying here again

Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the brief alarm that went off during your check out at 2am. We verified that was an isolated incident, since the other tenant didn’t complain about it and apparently was clear by itself. Sorry to hear about the noise inconvenience, as you mentioned the unit is located near the highway and walking distance Dunkin’ Donuts, which is a plus for many people. Our place is in a lively city neighborhood, so some outside noise is possible, though we do our best to keep the space quiet and comfortable.

From inquiry to stay the entire process was seamless and enjoyable! Our host was truly amazing and so accommodating and communicative. The apartment was clean and beautiful! So close to everything! The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. We plan to definitely stay again the next time we come to town.

We travel a lot. While the location can get quite noisy due to the traffic, this is beyond the owners control. We did periodically hear the upstairs neighbors walking through their apartment and down the stairs but never heard them talk. The location for where we needed to go was perfect minus the construction work. There is a compact size washer and dryer on premise which is helpful. There are only 3 stairs up the porch otherwise everything is on the same level which was helpful for my disabled mother.
