The view here is Absolutely gorgeous and it's in close proximity to many things. Owner was very pleasant and responded quickly to all messages. Would definitely stay here again

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay! Anthony and Maritza were very nice and easy to communicate with. The condo was beautiful, clean and just what we needed. The balcony is great with wonderful views of the ocean and plenty of food and attractions nearby! Would definitely stay here again! 10/10 highly recommend.

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this condo and once again, we had a perfect stay! It was perfect the first time, though they have updated since then. The star of this condo is the balcony! Ashford Avenue is just below. For the second time, we watched a Breast Cancer Awareness bike-a-thon. We had previously watched a 10K race. That aside, just staring out to the ocean is the best!

very close to the condado area, beach, restaurants! property manager was kind and helpful. make sure to bring toiletries (shampoo etc) as they’re not provided. we’d absolutely stay here again!

Great Condo in a Great Location

We booked the first week of the new year. The owner was very helpful with information and suggestions to the area that helped us plan our first visit to PR. Local manager picked us up from the airport, stopped at a local grocery store and pointed out many restaurant suggestions along the way to the condo. We tried 3 of her suggestions and each was wonderful. Condo is on the 8th floor of the building and did not disappoint. It was well appointed and clean. The highlight for us was the views and the breeze from the balcony. It was a short walk to the beach where we rented 2 chairs and an umbrella for $20 per day. There are many local restaurants in the area that are within a short walk. It was very easy to catch an Uber to take us to areas that were not within walking distance. We would highly recommend this condo and owner if you are visiting PR.

Clean, well quipped condo at a great location

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful condo. The place was clean and well equipped, just like any good apartment. It even had a washer/dryer which really helped as we are avid beach goers and at the end of the beach day, we can simply toss the beach clothes and towels in the wash, not to mention the ability to wash our clothing at the end of the trip, that way we don’t have to worry about washing it when we travel back home. The location is right in the heart of Condado beach, with easy walks to beaches, bars, restaurants, etc. There’s even a supermarket less than a mile away to grab some breakfast items since the place did have a kitchen. However, the best part was the service. Once I booked the place, Anthony was very quick at responding and if I had any questions, he would reply quickly. He gave us instructions on what to do prior to getting to the property and he gave us the contact information to Maritza, who is the property manager and she was the one who took care of us when we got there. She was even nice enough to pick us up and drop us off the airport (for a small fee of course), which was very convenient and saved us the time to look for an Uber. The entire stay was excellent and we will definitely book this property again should we visit Condado beach down the road. Highly recommend!!

I have traveled many times from New York to Condado starting when I was a young boy. I fell in love with the warm friendly people, the delicious food and unbelievably beautiful beaches. There are so many fun things to see and do that it is impossible to do it all on one visit to the island. Go out and explore this magical island.

The views are simply spectacular wherever you are in the apartment. There are water views everywhere and the location is right in the middle of Condado with easy access to all.
