Amazing Modern Condado 1 BR - Beach and Oceanfront views from all rooms

Renovated modern 1 bedroom apartment located on a high floor having panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Condado Lagoon, Port of San Juan, and Ashford Avenue from all rooms. The water views are breathtaking by day and as spectacular by night when Condado's Ashford Avenue and San Juan come alive. Sit on the balcony's comfortable patio furniture and absorb the surroundings while sipping a cool drink. The condo is within walking distance to many spectacular beaches and dining. It is located diagonally from the newly built Condado Vanderbilt and Condado Ocean Club Hotels and two blocks from the La Concha Hotel and a block from the Ventana al Mar Park and Condado beach. You are in the heart of Condado and within walking distance to all. Kayaking, Paddle Boarding and other water sport rentals are available at the lagoon. Some of the other local amenities are the hotels, casinos, bars, nightclubs, restaurants and shopping. Supermarkets and pharmacies are also nearby. Public transportation (B21 bus or cab) can take you to Old San Juan. Upon request, my property manager can act as your personal tour guide. Feel free to view my other 1 BR Condado apartment # 3619351 located in the same building. A great option when traveling with more than one couple.

The view here is Absolutely gorgeous and it's in close proximity to many things. Owner was very pleasant and responded quickly to all messages. Would definitely stay here again

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay! Anthony and Maritza were very nice and easy to communicate with. The condo was beautiful, clean and just what we needed. The balcony is great with wonderful views of the ocean and plenty of food and attractions nearby! Would definitely stay here again! 10/10 highly recommend.

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this condo and once again, we had a perfect stay! It was perfect the first time, though they have updated since then. The star of this condo is the balcony! Ashford Avenue is just below. For the second time, we watched a Breast Cancer Awareness bike-a-thon. We had previously watched a 10K race. That aside, just staring out to the ocean is the best!

Excellent Condo for an amazing vacation

This condo is one of the best locations one can get think of when it comes to condado, San Juan. Good access to shops, restaurants and bars. A calm pocket beach at walking distance. A very nice landlord and property manager. Overall, I would certainly recommend

Wonderful stay

The condo was beautiful. Right on the beach. Maritza, the property manager is absolutely wonderful & helpful! Anthony the owner is also wonderful. The area is beautiful and there's so much to do. Highly recommend

great condado beach location!

very close to the condado area, beach, restaurants! property manager was kind and helpful. make sure to bring toiletries (shampoo etc) as they’re not provided. we’d absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful can’t wait to come back.

The host was amazing. The house was beautiful very clean modern me set up and hide everything you need me and my husband cannot wait to come back. We enjoyed our stay very much. The view is AMAZING The location is in a great area. Easy to get to everything. WE WILLLL BE BACK!!!

Location, Location, Location!

The property, and it's amenities were perfect me. The location was even better. The only thing missing is a swimming pool. Not a big deal for me because I was with a group of friends, and their places had pools.

Fabulous views, reasonable price, great location and friendly manager.

I loved the place and got exactly what I wanted and as imagined. If I would say something that needs improvement would be fumigation to avoid insects. The place was very nice and clean but I did not enjoyed the bugs.

We had an amazing stay in PR. The manager to the property was great. She was very attentive and the place was clean. We couldn’t of asked for a better location. Only thing I can say is that you have to pay to park. Beach and dining is within walking distance. Thank you! We have made memories that I will cherish forever.

I have traveled many times from New York to Condado starting when I was a young boy. I fell in love with the warm friendly people, the delicious food and unbelievably beautiful beaches. There are so many fun things to see and do that it is impossible to do it all on one visit to the island. Go out and explore this magical island.

The views are simply spectacular wherever you are in the apartment. There are water views everywhere and the location is right in the middle of Condado with easy access to all.
