We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed this property! The location is fantastic, the lake views are beautiful, and the pool was such a great feature. We especially loved having access to the boat ramp and the lake right beside the house. It made getting out on the water incredibly convenient. The house itself was a great place to relax and enjoy Lake Belton, and we would absolutely consider staying here again.A couple of things worth knowing for future guests, not necessarily negatives, just things we didn’t fully anticipate. The primary bedroom has a suspended bed, which is clearly stated in the listing, but we didn’t realize how much that meant the bed would actually sway with movement. I’m apparently more of a toss-and-turn sleeper than I realized, so we definitely noticed the movement throughout the night! If you’re sensitive to motion while sleeping, that’s something to keep in mind. Also, there is another rental property behind the house. If that property is occupied, those guests may walk through or alongside the backyard area. We had people come through while we were using the pool at night and while we were sitting in the living room with the windows open. It wasn’t a major issue for us, but it was unexpected and does make the outdoor/pool area feel a little less private at times. We did not have the hot tub turned on during our stay, so I can’t comment on that feature.Overall, though, we had a great experience.
