Classic Sugarloaf slope side Condo near outdoor center trails and Snubber lift
This classic slope side Sugarloaf condo, in Snowbrook Village is ideal for access to a wide range of outdoor activities and excitement in all seasons.
A short walk to Snubber Chairlift gets you up the mountain. A run down Snowbrook Trail gets you home. The Outdoor Center and the Carrabassett Valley Mountain Trail Network offer activities including Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, mountain & fat tire biking, and hiking on an extensive trail network, accessible year-round from our parking lot.
In the winter time enjoy the associations pool building with a nice clean pool, three hot tubs, a sauna, and a game room upstairs.
In the all seasons step out of our parking lot onto the dog walking trail that connects you to miles and miles of Outdoor Center trails great for snowshoeing, Nordic skiing, fat biking, mountain biking, hiking and running.
