About this property

Unique wooden duplex near the sea.

The house is a duplex. You will have your own bathroom/kitchen and entry.
We are located on a beautiful, very clean Boulevard. Across from the boulevard is a sandy quite beach great for walking, swimming or playing in the sand. We are away from the city but only a 10 minute electric trick ride away. My wife designed the house herself. It is made of wood which is unique in the Philippines. She has planted alot of plants that attract birds and butterflies hence the name 'Bird Friendly Inn'. The main bedroom is located in the loft. An extra bed can be set up in the lower living room.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
