Tervetuloa Savannaan Porto Cupecoyssa tyylikkäässä St Maartenissa, tilavassa ja nykyaikaisessa huoneistossani, joka sijaitsee erinomaisella paikalla yksinomaisessa Porto Cupecoyn venesatamassa. Savanaa voi vuokrata yhden tai kahden makuuhuoneen condoksi, ja se voi nukkua jopa 5 vierasta.

Savana on erinomaisella paikalla Porto Cupecoyn edessä, ja sieltä on joitain parhaista näkymistä venesatamaan ja valtamereen. Joustava majoitus tarjoaa yhden tai kaksi makuuhuonetta juhlisi koosta riippuen.

Sisätiloissa on italialainen nahkaverhoiltu sohva ja kuuden paikkainen lasikattoinen ruokapöytä. Mukavuuksiin kuuluu ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistettuja laitteita, graniittia ja marmoria koskevia työtasoja, tupla-astian pesualtaita, ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistettuja hanat ja varusteet, itsepuhdistuvat uunit ja mikroaaltouunit, vierekkäiset jääkaapit, pohjarasian pakastimet, sähkökaapit ja kuiskaus - hiljaiset astianpesukoneet. Täysin varustetussa pesutuvassa on pesukone ja kuivausrumpu. Oleskelutilassa ja makuuhuoneessa on kaapeli-tv niille, jotka ovat rentoutuneet iltaisin, ja langattoman Internetin kautta.

Päämakuuhuoneessa on king-size-vuode, taulutelevisio ja se on täysin ilmastoitu sekä kattotuuletin täydellisen mukavuuden takaamiseksi. Returned trip to St. Martin

We stayed in this Portico Cupecoy condo for five days. We loved this condo, its location, how safe and quiet it is. You have to have a car to get to beaches, we loved proximity of the food market and few restaurants in PC if you dont feel like going anywhere for lunch or dinner. The only complin is low water pressure in the master bathroom sinks, although shower was good. We would stay there again.

Nice Property in a great Development

This is a nice property. Well appointed, great large private balcony with great views. Property managers Bill & Kathy couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful when we had a question. Porto Cupecoy, where this condo is located is a great development with many amenities as well as some fabulous Restautants and a fully stocked grocery store. It should be noted however, that this is a 2 bedroom unit and the 2nd bedroom is very small, no TV and more importantly the en Suite bathroom has only a sink and a shower, no toilet. You have to use the bathroom in the hallway. Other than that, this is a great unit and we enjoyed staying there. Porto Cupecoy is definitely one of the best places to stay on the island. We’ve been coming to St Maarten for almost 20 years. The island is slowly but surely coming back and we’re looking forward to coming back soon and staying at Porto Cupecoy.

Excellent location!!

We stayed for 3 weeks in this 2 bedroom unit at Porto Cupecoy. We felt we received a good value for the cost of this unit vs the cost of similar properties. The highlights for us were the views were amazing, the complex is a great location for convenient grocery shopping and great dining on premises. The unit had all the amenities you would need, save for a few broken wine glasses. I would caution that the 2nd bedroom has a shower/sink but not a toilet in the suite. You would need to use the main entrance 1/2 bath. The air conditioning worked very well, however the master bedroom/bath area was always humid for some reason. We felt very safe during our stay here. There are multiple security gates on the property. I gave our stay only a 4 star review because of the frustration in receiving timely communication replies with the owner's manager Amanda Woodward. Luckily, Kathy, the onsite manager met us and was extremely helpful to us during our stay.

Second Summer in Savana

We very much enjoyed another Summer vacation in Savana. Savana is spacious with plenty of room for our family to spread out. We love the beautiful outdoor area where we can relax after a day at the beach. I enjoyed the nice workout facility and almost always had the place to myself. My family loves the Porto Cupecoy complex. It is close to our favorite beach Mullett and nice to have access to all the wonderful restaurants located here. Happy hour at Rendezvous and Dinner @ Mario's are always on the list. Sad to be leaving but thankful for the time spent in this wonderful condo. Thanks for sharing your lovely place with us yet again. Looking forward to a return trip.

This could be a great rental.Good location, close to beach, shopping and restaurants.

The property is not all that bad, however as another reviewer had mentioned their is an odor that is unpleasant. This will keep me from renting again, in fact I have another reservation in January that I have canceled.I have emailed the owner in regards to my deposit being refunded and she doesn't reply. Their are a lot of places to rent this my not be your best choice.

Great vacation

The condo is very nice and the patio is awesome. We spent a lot of time there. Sharon was very helpful with any questions we had and with check in and check out. The condo is very close to beaches, restaurants, bars, groceries etc. We had a great time and would rent again. There were some odors that were a little off putting but Sharon said she would have housekeeping take care of the one and maybe air it out more would help.

Absoultly the best place in Cupecoy!

This is my 3rd visit to the island, and the first time I've seen the construction projects around the Cupecoy area. Will say I was very pleased! The beach area we all so love is exactly the same, but this resort, Porto Cupecoy, and the Savanna condo was fantastic! Excellent design, location, interior furnishings, it's exactly what I would love to call "my place" one day. Sharon took great care to ensure I was settled in, and quickly too. You will be hard pressed to find anyplace that comes close to this. Walking distance to anything you would care to experience. Food in the resort are wonderful, all the meals prepared with care, and at a reasonable price. If you like to shop, the Blue Mall is next door! But better yet, just across the street, is the best beach on the island, glorious Cupecoy Beach. Rent an umbrella and chair and let the stresses of Stateside life melt away. I most certainly will return. Thank you all!

Home!

This is our second stay here and feels like home now. When we were visiting I had the opportunity to see another condo that was extremely beautiful and brand-new and updated. But I prefer Savana because it's bright and airy and homey, with a very private patio. And it's home for us! We will be back for sure. Thank you for yet another great stay.

Always an Amazing time

This was my second stay at Savana at Porto Cupecoy, the condo is decorated beautifully with a hug white leather sectional. We enjoyed havng breakfast on the terrace every morning, the package with the rental car was a great deal while it was easy for us to explore the island. I would recommend this place to anyone and I have stayed many place through out the world. 5 stars plus

Beautiful St Martin

This is the first time my husband and I stayed in a condo rather than a hotel or resort for vacation. It turned out to be one of the most relaxing vacations ever! First of all the property of Savana at Porto Cupecoy was beautiful and had everything we needed for our weeks stay. We made coffee each morning and brought it to the gorgeous terrace to enjoy and relax before starting our day out. We went to many different beaches every day and a trip to Phillisburg one day. It was easy to get both to the French side and Dutch in this location. The check in and check out was very easy with Sharon on property if we needed her which we didn't. We rented a car which is a must on this island so you can get to the many different beaches. There were quite a few great restaurants in the area which Mario's Bistro right on property and Temptation just down the road were 2 of our favorite. If we ever return to St Martin we know where to stay. Thank you Amanda and Paul. Rita and John

What a wonderful place!!

We have been staying in Savana for the last four years. It is truly a loving unit, decorated tastefully in red and white. The unit is spacious, with large L-shape balcony that has an amazing view of the lighthouse. The unit in located in the Marina with many restaurants/bars and a grocery store just down stairs. There is entertainment in the square a few nights a week. Porto Cupecoy is a great location on the island. We go to the French side to the beach and love the dutch side at night. Walking distance to the Blue Mall and Cupecoy beach. A "must stay" when in St. Martin's.

Savana-- "Home Away From Home" Porto Cupecoy

This is our third year staying at this wonderful property. All that my wife and I needed was either right on the property or very close by, including a very short walk (1 Min) across the street to go to the beach, there was really no reason for us to leave the property ( multiple restaurants, beautiful pool, fitness center, supermarket and shops all on the property ) . The pictures posted on the web site are extremely accurate and the check in/out process is extremely efficient and totally painless with Sharon ( the onsite rep. ) ( for others who have stayed at other SXM locations you know how time consuming checking in can be ). This is a very secure, well appointed and comfortable condo. The overall property is top notch and very well maintained with outstanding views over the marina. The property is spacious enough for 4 people to enjoy the comfort, the breezes on the balcony, and just to relax without being on each other's space. The convenient location could not be beat; close to the airport, beaches, restaurants along with all the amenities that Porto Cupecoy had to offer. Porto Cupecoy's restaurants, in my opinion, are on par with some of the best on the island and the convenience to have several to choose from, made it hard to want to leave the property. We look forward to recommending your wonderful condo to anyone looking for a great vacation spot . We will be back to stay at Savana in Porto Cupecoy next year..

Excellent Condo, we enjoyed the beautiful marina and surrounding area. Restaurants on site were delicious and the grocery store was easily walked to. Very modern and comfortable condo. We found it helpful to have insuite laundry. Overall, we would come back to this property.

We have visited lots of Caribbean Islands but St Maarten was our favourite. We loved the condo and the contemporary design, it felt very spacious and the views from this terrace out onto the water were amazing! We ate breakfast every morning on the terrace watching the sunrise and the store at Porto Cupecoy had everything we needed including some lovely champagnes. Thank you for arranging the car rental, we drove around the whole island as there is so much to see and do and the team at Francine's car rentals were really friendly. Our vacation was truly memorable and we would definitely come back and stay at Savana next year.

Excellent Condo

We just returned from a great stay at you Condo in the Marina. The location was great and the condo was super. Very clean and furnished well, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely suggest you condo to anyone looking for a place to stay, security was fantastic too.

I had the pleasure of staying at this amazing marina everything I needed was either right on the property or near by there was really no reason for me to leave. I will definitely be back to visit again only my stay will be longer. The pictures didn't do it justice I loved the decor very modern. I felt very secure and comfortable in this condo and the property is well maintained.

Best place to stay and best location on the island

Although I am very late to post this review, I could not let it go without letting everyone know about what a great place to stay this property was. We could not have found a better place or a more convenient location along with Sharon's (local manager) assistance and advice while there which made our stay more enjoyable. Sharon was great to talk to and made sure to see us during our stay in case we needed anything else as well as to make recommendations. The property was beyond our expectations and we loved it. We really enjoyed the great views of the water, the marina and the lighthouse (beautiful at sunset). The property is spacious enough for 4 people to enjoy the comfort, the breezes on the balcony, and just to relax without being on each other's space. The convenient location could not be beat; close to the airport, beaches, restaurants and all the amenities that Porto Cupecoy had to offer (beautiful pool, fitness center, supermarket, breakfast place, restaurants and shops!). Porto Cupecoy's restaurants are some of the best on the island and the convenience to have so many to choose from, made it hard to want to leave the property. We look forward to recommending the island to friends and family and specifically your lovely place to anyone looking for a great vacation spot . We hope we can go back and stay at Savana in Porto Cupecoy sometime soon.

Based in London, I have been visiting St Maarten for over 15 years, and for an island that's barely 37sq miles, I have always been amazed by the incredible choice of activities and the contrast of the French and Dutch sides.

I vividly remember the day of my first visit to the island when I walked through immigration and then literally straight out of the airport. The fact there was no long queues at Customs made me feel wonderfully liberated.

With well over 25 years working with Caribbean tourism organisations and selling vacations to this beautiful part of the world, this tiny island was like a breath of fresh air. It had nicely balanced traditional old school Caribbean with a dash of European modernism not to mention it being a stones throw away from Anguilla and St Barths

Like any excited tourist, I had read about all these restaurants on the island and I wanted to count them all to confirm that there were really over 300 eateries. I seem to remember stopping after 130 and gave them the benefit of the doubt.

I fell in love straight away and decided out of all the umpteen islands I had visited, this is where I wanted to lay my hat and make it my home in the sun. Conscious of suffering a little mild sun stroke, I thought I might get a second opinion, hence I invited a couple of well-travelled friends across in the months following and they unanimously gave it the thumbs up

Having learn that Orient Express who owns La Samanna on the French side was building a marina development, I investigated, had an early eveningmeeting with the sales representative and even though I couldn't quite see the plans she laid out, I was totally sold on the concept. The development has truly lived up to its expectations and I continue to savour every minute that I spend in the apartment. I love the sunrise at about 6am where the reflection on the marina just glistens and reaffirms the peacefulness at that time of the day. Outdoor dining on the covered terraced is de rigueur, it somehow makes the food and wine taste more delightful

I am happy to share my home with you and perhaps hope to meet you one day and share your experiences and stories

Savana, is spacious, comfortable, contemporary with fabulous views of the marina front with full views of mega yachts when docked. Its excellant for dining on the terrace, or to hold a small cocktail party while on island.
