El acantilado en Cupecoy Beach es el condominio más exclusivo en el Caribe y nada se puede comparar a ella! Mi apartamento está situado en el segundo piso con hermosas vistas al mar. El balcón tiene una bonita muebles de jardín y se puede ver que pasa cruceros y barcos de vela, junto con las espectaculares puestas de sol más.
Mi apartamento es una gran unidad de baño 1 dormitorio 1. El metraje cuadrado es 1550
También tengo un sofá cama en la sala de estar. El dormitorio tiene una cama King size, baño completo con una combinación de ducha con bañera de hidromasaje / bañera de hidromasaje, doble / lavamanos / tocador doble.
El salón dispone de TV LED de 50 pulgadas con reproductor de DVD. The Cliff tiene una pista de tenis, piscina al aire libre, 2 bañeras de hidromasaje, piscina cubierta y en el lugar de Christian Dior Spa. aparcamiento gratuito cerrada junto con 24 horas de seguridad está incluido.

Wonderful stay

This is an excellent vacation condo, spacious and immaculate. Well equipped. Resort is beautiful with amazing pool and private beach. Great location on the island. Don't miss Jules Bakery just up the street.

Great location and facilities

The Cliff is a really nice condo in a great location on the beachfront with full facilities for the guests. Overall a great stay at this apartment, all arrangements were super easy and we enjoyed staying there. Kudos to Joe the owner for making everything easy for us. We would definitely stay there again.

Had it All!

All the comforts of home in a perfect 2 bedroom setting. A great deal especially with how upscale this is. It had so much that we didn't have to bring much of anything. Highly recommended!

May Celebratory Vacation

We were very satisfied with our 2 week stay at The Cliff. The location to Mullett Beach, grocery stores, restaurants was exceptional. The property is kept spotless and the pool was top notch. Mario’s Bistro in The Cliff was an outstanding meal to end off our vacation. Joe was easily accessible and very quick to respond to our needs. Definitely would recommend.

Beautiful accommodations, peaceful pool and great little beach area!

Joe provided clear instructions for getting into the condo, which was clean, and well appointed with Everything you needed to have a great stay. Gated community was pristine. The pool area was lovely; infinity pool overlooking the ocean. The staff was friendly and welcoming. There’s a nearby grocery and restaurants. Joe was a great host! This won’t be our last time at The Cliff!

This is a lovely property. The location on St Martin is great. Joe was great to deal with from the start. We loved watching the sun set into the ocean from the deck. We will definitely stay here again.

The Cliff is a must!

Joe's place was a perfect home base for us to enjoy St. Maarten. The unit was clean, nicely furnished and had everything we could possibly need. The building itself is perfect! Great amenities, great location and right next to the best beach on the island. Joe's communication was great and make this a very easy process. We will be back!

Paradise in SXM

A perfect location for a long or short stay. The condo is beautiful and the facilities are top notch. Right on one of the most unique beaches on the island and steps away from multiple restaurants, bars and grocery stores. The staff are friendly and attentive and make you feel right at home. Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stayed at the cliff the last week of April. It was pretty quite there and around the Island as it was low season. We rented a car from Hertz to explore the island but spent some time enjoying the amenities of the cliff each day. There are some good restaurants across the street in the casino complex some of which have good happy hour specials on food and drinks. Joe the owner of the condo was very easy to work with and returned our security deposit two days later. Would definitely stay there again if we return to St. Martin.

The Cliff Review

I was contacted by the owner of the property and it was nice to speak rather than text, which makes it so much more appealing. the flat was huge and spacious clean and very nice, i love the decor and the views. the overhaul are was amazing, we had a great time. thanks Joe, you are fabulous and the flat and your communication is above 5 stars.

Amazing place!

I don’t know where to start, we are very very happy we stayed at Joe’s property. We had to make our reservation the day before we landed in St Martin because we were waiting for the results from the COVID test. Joe immediately responded and gave us the instructions and suggestions for the island. The apartment is marvelous, super clean, the views are breathtaking and everything we needed for our stay was in the house. The building is very nice and quiet, we enjoyed our breakfast in the terrace looking at the ocean. We felt like we were at home! The island is beautiful and there are amazing beaches next to Joe’s apartment, definitely an excellent location! Highly recommended!!

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful condo! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how clean, stylish, and well-maintained everything was. The space is exactly as pictured (if not better) bright, airy, and thoughtfully decorated with all the comforts of home. You can tell the owners really care about creating a welcoming experience.The location is absolutely unbeatable just steps from the beach! We loved waking up to the sound of the waves and taking morning walks along the shore. It was so convenient to have the beach practically at our doorstep, and there were great restaurants, shops, and local attractions all within walking distance.The owner was an absolute delight to rent from super responsive, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and provided great local tips that made our trip even better.We truly didn’t want to leave. This condo is a hidden gem, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly, highly recommend!

AMAZING VACATION!!!!!!

What a fantastic place! The Cliff is an amazing property, everything is so manicured and pristine! Joe's condo is great, it has everything you need for a perfect vacation. The balcony is awesome, we sat out there all the time and just stared (with a cocktail of course!) at the beautiful ocean, it is furnished with nice chairs and a chaise for those perfect sunsets, which are gorgeous by the way! The bed is comfy, the bathroom has a jacuzzi tub and walk in shower, also it has plenty of towels for the beach and swimming. The condo also is equipped with beach chairs, bags and pool toys for your enjoyment. The beach at the condo is one of a kind (Cupecoy Beach), it was our favorite for sure. It felt like our own piece of paradise, it was never crowed! You need to stay here, you will love it! Joe is wonderful to work with, he always is available by phone or email if we needed him. We are already planning our return trip! We cant wait to be back in S2! Thank you for sharing your vacation paradise with us!

The only place to stay in Cupecoy - hell, in all Sint Maarten!

This apartment is AMAZING and The Cliff is frankly the only place we’ll stay when we return - and we’ve been staying in Cupecoy every single time we’ve visit Sint Maarten for the last six years. The owner Joe is just a stand-up guy, waiving the terms & conditions so we could cancel day-of if our COVID tests didn’t come back negative (thankfully they did!). The staff at The Cliff are uniformly amazing, genuine and caring, and the STUNNING facilities - pool, private beach, lobby atrium and seating areas - look like they were completed yesterday. The automatic street-side gate and keycard-secured doors inside the property make you feel really safe. Joe’s apartment really is amazing - every toy, every conceivable cooking implement, more Tupperware than you can shake a stick at, and three of the very latest hi-tech high-definition smart TVs with built-in Netflix and Amazon Prime and the ability to play any music or video file if you put it on a USB stick and insert it in the TV port. Plus, (speaking as cocktail fans!), there were two bags of ice on arrival in the freezer of the brand-new mega-fridge - AND large-format ice moulds! This is where you stay when you come to Cupecoy, period.

Joe was a phenomenal host- truly evident that he is passionate about maintaining a beautiful property and sharing it with others. Very spacious condo, beautiful views and everything we needed to enjoy the beach as well as preparing our own meals. Beds were very comfortable, WiFi worked great, and it was beautifully decorated. Not sure if it was the time of year we visited, but the private beach was not useable. Regardless of low tide or high tide, the surf was always all the way up. We still enjoyed swimming in the water and just left our towels up at the pool. Mullet Bay Beach is a 5 minute walk away and Joe provides beach chairs, umbrella, nice thick towels and toys. We also used the pool a lot. The views from the pool are spectacular! We found some great local/ budget friendly places to eat within walking distance. Especially liked Shogun, Fat Tony’s, and Yami Sushi. Loved our dinner at Seafood Vibes in Maho Village. Toppers Rum Tour was wonderful along with boat charter day to Anguilla with Boomerang Boat Charters. They grilled lunch right on the boat that was delicious. We will definitely be back.

Best Condo on the Island!

A fantastic condo on a wonderful property! Well stocked with everything you need! The owner took the time to make valuable recommendations about restaurants and local grocery stores. Everything was clean and wonderful! I highly recommend this property!

As soon as we experienced St. Maarten my two teenage daughters and i knew it was the vacation destination away from home we would always cherish.The island's beaches,views,serenity,ambiance and amazing sunset's are why Sint Maarten consitutes a vacation in paradise!
