On arrival to the property on the first day. We found the floors soaking wet. We texted Emily about the floor being soaking wet and she said she would send the house keeper back to the unit. But that never happens. After we unloaded our belongings up to the room. My wife started mopping the floors to dry them. But three hours later the floor was still wet. I text Emily again that the floor was still wet the toilet was running and the tile had mold and mildew on the tub and walls to the bathtub. This time she said she was sending a maintenance person out to fix everything. Well he got there about three hour later. Check the toilet and replace the flapper in the toilet and used some powerful smelling cleaning solution on the mole and ask us not to used that bathroom for the next hour. We found that some onehad cleaned the sofa with water or something before we arrived that was where the water on the floor was coming from. The maintenance man said he would go and get a humidifier, to dry out the rooms. We could not used the living room to watch TV from the sofa t all. The humidifier was off the next morning but the sofa was still wet. I text Emily again. She ask me if I dumped the water out of the Humidifier. I told her I was not a maintenance person. But I tried to get into the humidifier but the collection pan slipped out of my hand and water went everywhere again on the floor I had to mop up the water again. I had to dump the humidifier water 7 to 8 times throughout stay
