It was an excellent stay at the Blue Water Resort. The condo is clean, well appointed, and the host is friendly, helpful, and her instructions were complete and easy to understand. The ocean view from the balcony is also a nice bonus, would definitely stay here again!

The property grounds very very nice and location was fabulous. The unit needs some attention. Nothing major. The door to the balcony is about to fall off and if there was a screwdriver I might have been able to fix. Sand on the floor when we arrived. I know it's on the beach but as soon as I walked in. Tile floor could use a bleaching. Beds were very comfortable and the couch seems brand new. I turned the fridge down because it was freezing food.

location, the property grounds, the comfortable beds, and the newer couch. I do want to note that none of the concerns mentioned in this review were reported during the stay. I was only made aware of them after checkout, which unfortunately did not give me the opportunity to investigate or address them while you were at the property. Had I been notified about the balcony door, floor cleanliness, tile condition, or refrigerator temperature during your stay, I would have gladly sent maintenance or provided assistance. I always encourage guests to reach out during their visit, as I am responsive and committed to resolving concerns promptly. Thank you for your feedback. I will review the items mentioned to ensure everything is in good condition for future guests.

The property was mainly satisfactory. Unfortunately, the televisions reset almost every night but we didn't want to contact the owner everyday concerning it. The communication with the owner was great! The maintenance workers were good too. Our trip went well.

Overall, the room was as described. It was just a bit smaller than expected, but it worked for us. The room is older and could do with some upgrades and freshening up. There was only one negative. Our door was beaten on like the cops were trying to get in by pest control. The man escorting the pest control guy was very rude. However, thankful that the host has this taken care of on a regular basis.
