We had a wonderful time staying in the Farmhouse. There was plenty of room for all 6 of us. Very welcoming with tea cups/ tea and books on each bed. Great location and the host was very responsive. Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect location between Penn Yan and Seneca Lake. Very cute house. The property was clean and the hosts responsive. I would stay here again.There were more instructions than I am used to for vacation homes which felt a bit burdensome. Additionally, the instructions told us to bring disposable items (coffee filters, TP, paper towels, laundry detergent) but all of these items were well stocked when we arrived. Overall, still a lovely vacation rental that I would recommend to others.

Relaxing nature retreat

Rustic farm house vacation

This was a wonderful property for us to use as a base for our first visit to Finger Lakes. Nicely renovated property with 4 br, plenty of space, rustic touches, very peaceful area but close to all the interesting places. We would definitely rent again for another stay.

Nice Country Stay

Our stay was very nice, in the middle of farm country. A nice respite from city life. The place was large and more than adequate for our stay. It is a little bit of a drive to get to restaurants and such but not horrible.

We had a great stay. The place was staged so cute. Only downfall was we couldnt find the hot tub at first and the location of the hot tub was awkward. Maybe putting out bathrobes in the winter ?

Very nice place to stay!

Love the farmhouse! Beautifully decorated and charming. Comfortable beds. Nice bathrooms. Full kitchen. Quiet neighborhood but conveniently located to different towns and wineries. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to others.
