Gorgeous and well designed 2 bedroom apartment located just steps from Central Park and Transportation. The unit sleeps 4 only. The unit features include one Queen sized beds, private kitchen and bath. There is no separate seating area.

We provide the comforts of home with linen/duvet/blankets/pillows and towel upon arrival.

Fully furnished with fully equipped kitchen, full private bath, linens/duvets/towels provided. Utilities and wifi are included in the cost of the rental. There are two flat screen televisions for your viewing pleasure.

Street parking close to building.
Arrivals are between 2-5PM. There is a late arrival fee of $75 for arrivals between 5-7PM

Departure is prior to 10AM.

This is a walkup building and we have no elevator.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Departure time is prior to 10am. Unfortunately we cannot offer luggage storage and/or later departure time.
If you would please remove all food and garbage items to the proper receptacles on the ground floor in the rear yard in the separate bins and leave the apartment in broom clean condition
We w retrieve all the keys of if you prefer to leave earlier you can leave all sets in the kitchen table It is important to return the keys we provided as each set is $ 250/set
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We require the guest to provide a copy of the cardholder's photo ID once a reservation is confirmed.

Apartment was dirty and really small

As we always do our utmost to see if we can help our guests have the best stay possible, we were shocked by his claim that there were noisy neighbors. Actually, the apartments next to him and above him and below were mostly empty during their 1 month stay which he actually extended his stay with us for longer. As much as we would like to be able to insure the silence that maybe our guests are used to, we cannot insure "noise" from a neighbor in a NYC apartment.

Central Location

Property description was misleading in the listing. There is no living room, just two bedrooms. We managed out 15 week stay as location was good. Host was prompt in responding. We had issues with refrigerator making noise and not cooling which was later replaced during our last week of stay. Overall good.

It was lovely to host Shivram and his roommate. He was aware when he reserved this 2 bedroom for the summer as the description specifically details this : "Gorgeous and well designed 2 bedroom apartment located just steps from Central Park and Transportation. The unit sleeps 4 only. The unit features include one Queen sized beds, Sofa bed, private kitchen and bath. There is no separate seating area. " Also, the issue with his refrigerator did not arrive early during his stay from June 12 to the August 14th but only during the last week. He received a brand new refrigerator almost right away after notifying us of the issue.

Great stay! overall a great value.

Very fast response from the host. Very good price-quality relation. Supermarket nearby, many food options, very clean property, no issues at all. This is in Harlem, so don't expect the SoHo.

It was our pleasure to have Paul's mother stay with us. We do our utmost to respond as quickly as possible to provide the best service we can. This is East Harlem and on the same block are expensive condominiums. We try to offer the best value at the best price and top service.

We loved having Kristen for almost 7 months!!! We hope we provide the best service possible as we are continuously watching the emails for any needs and we have people servicing the apartments regularly. We have already put in the plumbing for the washers/dryers in the basement for the building wide use. So we hope to installing equipment this coming year. We would look forward to Kristen's return at any time.
