Great 2/BR. 2/Bath ground floor 2000 sq. ft. villa on Seven Mile Beach located walking distance from down town shopping , next door to "The Wharf" (one of the finest restaurants on the island) supermarket and of course only 80ft from the ocean.

The villa is centrally air conditioned with ceiling fans in every room and has a porch facing the ocean. There is a dining area for six and a breakfast nook on the porch.

Enjoy the best snorkeling on 7 Mile Beach at the shipwreck right outside your back door.

The villa is furnished with the highest standard in the Plantation style. The open plan kitchen includes all amenities. Linens, beach towels,washer, dryer, iron, ironing board and blow dryers are provided.The complex is mostly occupied by owners who work. Which makes this a quite complex with no worries about noise at the pool.

The main attraction on the island is the water sport activites. A short walk to the Marriott offers you parasailing, windsurfing,and jet ski's. Snorkeling and diving on the island is considered to be some of the best in the world.

Don't miss Stingray City, conch diving (when in season),two Dolphin encounters and starfish Point. Also, check out The Turtle Farm, Atlantis submarine, Pedros Castle,Botanic Gardens, Cayman Kai, and Horseback riding, When evening comes there are more than 100 restaurants to choose from many of them 5 star and a few offer private dining on the beach. Other evening activites include open air dancing,night clubs,local theater and cinema and don't forget the magnificent sunsets.

There is a mini bus service that stops on the main road every few minutes for only $2 per person. If you choose to rent a car there is a reserved space for your car right at the unit.

Great views

We had a wonderful time. The location was great, close to the grocery store and Georgetown, also very close to the 7 mile beach resorts. The view from the Gazebo was great, we ate our meals on the terrace every night. We enjoyed watching the cruise boats come by. Marlene the manager was very helpful, when we couldn't get the TV to work she came by right away to reset it. Overall a fabulous place to stay!

Quiet Slice of Paradise

Our family of four loved this condo tucked at the quiet end of Seven Mile Beach. The unit is just as described; well-appointed and clean. The kitchen had all the essentials and there were some basic beach items for us to use, which was quite helpful. The grocery store is an easy 5- minute walk and they let you take the carts back to the condo-- you just leave them near the street and the grocery store retrieves them.

The view right outside the unit is extraordinary and we loved taking in the sunsets from the patio outside the sliding back door. It's a bit of a hike (across some tricky patches of rock) to walk to the main stretch of Seven Mile Beach. That had the advantage of making the location feel very secluded and private. Snorkeling was great right outside the condo, as there is an interesting sunken ship and relatively calm water. We loved the unit and the location and we would highly recommend it to a family or two couples.

Gorgeous condo in a great location

This condo has beautiful views, it is wonderfully decorated and well stocked. Plus, Cheri and the local property manager were gracious and easy to work with. The beds were comfortable to boot. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this condo.

We had a wonderful vacation! The condo was sparkling clean! Everyrbjng was in brand new contrition. It has everything you need in the kitchen and lots of beach gear (snorkeling gear, beach chairs, etc.). It's In a great location! Very quiet safe complex and walking distance to so many places. The beach is just a few steps out the door right on the reef so great for snorkeling. Make sure to have some water shoes though!

The Perfect Place to Stay in Grand Cayman

This condo has a perfect view and is centrally located on the island for all of the must sees. There is great little private beach area where you can have a drink and enjoy the sunset each night. You also have a great view of the port and cruise ships if that's your thing. The grocery store is a five minute walk or a two minute drive away. The pool is also a great place to relax after a long day on the island. The mosquitos are bad all over the island so make sure to pack some bug spray. All in all, i would definitely stay here again. The condo is very nicely decorated and the beds are actually very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with pretty much anything you need for making meals. It was like being at home only on the beach. We only stayed a week but a month in this place would be no problem at all. We'll definitely be back.
