Marilyn y los invito a visitar nuestro lugar favorito, nuestro lujo frente al mar hogar lejos de casa en George Town Villas. Este 2 dormitorios, 2 baños condominio está situado cerca del extremo sur de Playa de Siete Millas. Cuenta con vistas espectaculares, la privacidad de una tercera unidad de la planta y todas las comodidades. Un patio cubierto con balcón con vistas al océano, George Town puerto, playa, piscina y jardines.

George Town Villas ofrece comodidad a George Town, sin el ruido del tráfico o turista, se partió de las principales arterias de tráfico en la bien llamada 'Snooze Lane'. Varios restaurantes finos, incluyendo 'The Wharf' se encuentran a poca distancia a pie, al igual que 'Tiendas de Siete Millas. Un supermercado bien surtido está convenientemente situado a ~ 3/4 milla.

La propiedad en sí está construido alrededor de un gran jardín muy cuidado con extensos jardines, palmeras y plantaciones. Awesome Condo!

Very nice spacious condo, very clean, awesome view of the ocean, lovely ocean-side pool and grounds. Grand Cayman is amazing! Definitely need a car. Would stay here again.

Loved this property!

This condo is exactly what you would want for a relaxing trip to Cayman. Every day we would sit on the balcony and watch cruise ships come in and sail away into the sunset. I would stay here over and over!

Great location, would reccommend

My husband and I stayed in Grand Cayman over Christmas with our 2 girls, ages 11 and 14. The set-up was great with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, easy access to the ocean amazing, and having a pool on-site when water was too rough was awesome. The location was perfect for our "home base."

Seven Mile Beach

Condo was very clean and comfortable. Great view of pool and beach. Able to snorkel right on the property, lots of coral and variety of fish. Would definitely go back!

Magical

What a fabulous place to stay! The views are incredible. On calm days you can snorkel right out front. The pool is by far the best pool we have had at a rental condo. Great 7 foot deep end. Condo was safe, clean and had amazing pictures of the many things you see snorkeling. Great location and fabulous owners. I can’t wait to come back!

Rest and relaxation

Friends and I booked this condo for a warm weather get-a-way to relax and enjoy the weather. The condo was in a good location and functional for everything we need. On the third floor (top), quite, great location, walkable to Georgetown, got into the ocean (the day I went snorkeling the waves were too rough), residence were nice/friendly... Just an overall great experience.

Comfortable condo with excellent view!

The condo was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The view was fantastic...very relaxing sitting on the balcony. The location is within walking distance of many restaurants and George Town. The owners and property manager were prompt with communications. I would definitely recommend this property and we would certainly enjoy staying here in the future. Thank you John and Marilyn for sharing your beautiful home.

A vacation in paradise

George Town Villas are amazing. It was our second time we stayed there. The condo is pristine, comfy, cozy, and has everything we could possibly need. The view is magnificent, we all enjoyed every second of our vacation. The manager was very friendly, really helpful, and she always replied quickly to any questions we had. Beautiful View and Convenient Location

We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the cruise ships. Both bedrooms were large with comfortable beds. The kitchen was fully stocked. We liked the 3rd floor location. Learned to take items out of our large suitcase to easily navigate the stairs when arriving and departing. Easy walk to a very nice grocery store. Short walk to sunset cove for swimming. Lots of nice casual restaurants we could walk to. We liked snorkeling at the nearby wreck of the Gamma. Would definitely stay here again.

Terrific location and amenities on southern tip of 7 mile beach

Can't beat this for a less crowded and "complete" package of everything there is to enjoy on Grand Cayman. The grounds, pool and location are top notch. We are an active family so the third floor didn't bother us at all and the view..oh the view..cannot be beat. Accomodations are nice and the kitchen is well equipped as stated by others, but the real value is in the private, homey feel of this place, close to everything and within a short walk. We really, really enjoyed our stay. There were a few little things, but they got taken care of without hassle and if you like a stiff bed, you'll love this place!

Tom’s Cayman vacation

The property itself the grounds were beautiful, the pool was very refreshing and clean often. The condo itself is In a very nice spot on the property , great balcony for sunsets and breakfast. It’s located on the third floor. It has everything you need two bedrooms two baths and a full kitchen and living room. The condo itself is in a great location close to a lot of restaurants and just a short walk to the beach 🏖. Would definitely book it again. 🙂 The only thing that is missing is a bathroom by the pool ,you have to go upstairs to use the bathroom in the condo.

Awesome Vacation!

To be honest, while on vacation in Cayman Islands, we spent very little time in the unit, but it is a wonderful, clean unit with all the requirements we needed. The location cannot really be beat, within walking distance of 7 mile beach, walking distance to Georgetown, awesome snorkelling right out the front door basically. The view from the unit is spectacular all day. We would definitely return. And I can't say enough about the people in Grand Cayman and those that live in the complex are extremely friendly. It was a pleasure meeting new people.

Perfect quiet getaway

My husband and I rented the condo for a dive trip & found it perfect for our needs! The property manager was able to let us in a bit early (thanks to the quick GC customs process- we got in faster than we thought!). Positives:The bed was comfortable, view spectacular! We even saw the “green flash!” Con; AC was on the very slow side. Fine for us, but could be an issue for someone else. If on a dive vacation, check out Pirate Divers. They will pick you up & take you back at no extra charge!

Rough start

Condo was not ready when we arrived. Website said there is a phone on premise but we couldn't find it. Previous occupant notified the manage. Cleaning lady did a great job. Unfortunately the condo wasn't ready until 8 pm. Excellent location. The grounds and surroundings are gorgeous. Great snorkeling and easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. Unit could use some updating. I would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Place to stay

It was a very central location. The condo was fully furnished and adequately equipped. We wound up canceling our dinner reservations because it was just so nice (and significantly cheaper) to just grill our fresh fish from Kirk and dine on that amazing balcony overlooking the sea. The kitchen facilities were excellent with adequately powered appliances. The only minor recommendation would be to provide a strainer for pasta, etc. The access to the condo was flawless. I really was impressed. I would highly recommend this condo. The transaction/payment was easy. The agent and the owners were very responsive. This is our second VRBO experience and have nothing but positive experiences with this service.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

First visited Grand Cayman on vacation in 2000 and had the good fortune to stay in a beautiful unit at George Town Villas. Enjoyed it so much that we decided to look for a property on the island. After much searching (at nearly every condo complex on the island), realized that George Town Villas was the right 'fit' for us, combining spectacular views, with convenience to George Town, shopping, and fine dining establishments. While convenient to main shopping areas, it is located off the main highway (West Bay Road) to avoid traffic noise and tourist pedestrian traffic.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Views from the family room and patio, watching the ships in George Town Harbor, and the sunsets, which are often spectacular. An excellent shallow snorkeling location (wreck of the Gamma) is located a short walk south of the complex.
