The views from Lake Forest are absolutely amazing!! Unit 201F is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in Frisco close to Lake Dillon and the Summit County Bike Path. It features a gas fireplace, WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS, private laundry facilities and a fully equipped kitchen for as little or as much cooking as you would like to do on your vacation. The living room features a 42" flat screen TV and wireless ready blue ray player. There is a private garage for your car - so don't worry about brushing all that snow off your car, in the morning it will be warm, dry and ready to go. You also have access to 3 common area hot tubs located just in front of the building. Bedding in this condo goes King bed in the master, 2 Twin beds in the second bedroom and an additional Queen sofa sleeper in the living area.

Don't like the out 10 am
Thank you for your review and we are happy that you enjoyed the property. We don't usually respond to 4 star reviews but we wanted to say a word about the departure time. 10 AM is our default check out time listed on our paperwork. If no one is arriving later that day, we are happy to extend that departure time to noon for no additional charge. We are not sure why this guest didn't mention anything to us about a late check out, but all you have to do is ask.
We rented this condo over the 4th. It's decor was out of date and most of the furnishings had a lot of wear and tear. The towels were paper thin and scratchy, etc. It was over priced for what you got. The one reason I would give it 2 stars is because we were able to see the fireworks over Lake Dillion from the balcony with no obstruction.
At Bighorn Rentals we strive to make each guest's stay as comfortable as possible and we feel this review is a very unfair assessment of the property and this guest's particular stay in that property. All guests receive an inspection form at check in that we ask them to fill out and return on their departure. This guests comments on the inspection form were 1) a piece of trim on one of the doors had come loose, 2) the chairs in the living room had scratches on them, 3) the balcony screen door didn't slide well and 4) there were scuff marks on the walls by the front door. One other comment was that the lamp didn't work in the guest bedroom but the guests didn't realize it was on a switch and it did in fact work.
We feel this review is unfair because 1) everything the guest noted on the inspection form was pretty minor, 2) we could have fixed the door trim, screen door and wall scuffs had they notified us after they checked in but they did not say anything until they checked out giving us no opportunity to correct anything for them and 3) we've had a fair number of guests stay in this property recently and no one else has had any complaints about it. It's just a shame that people don't write good reviews as easily as bad ones.
