About this property
Spacious unit in historic gem
Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Two retro arcade games and an air hockey table to enjoy. Spacius apartment with room for everyone to relax comfortably. Super close to everything Chicago has to offer.
12 minutes to the heart of downtown.
5 minutes to the University of Chicago.
8 minutes to McCormick place, Soldier Field, Credit One Arena and Sox Stadium
10 mins to the beach/lake
Walking distance to two train lines leading downtown and the entire city. Our historic home was built in 1895 and maintains much of its original fascacde and structure. It has been carefully restored and rehabbed to maintain it’s nineteenth century appearance.
Our family lives upstairs with our small children, due to the age of the home you can sometimes hear their footsteps particularly in the hallway. They all attend full day school and go to bed by 8:00 PM, so it is quiet during business & bedtime hours. *** absolutely NO parties, gathering, events***
