Welcome! This gorgeous spacious top floor unit of a 3 flat provides ample daylight and easy access to many of Chicago’s great neighborhoods. Parking is easy and permit free. There is central AC and heat that’s controlled by a smart unit which will provide you with the perfect indoor temp at all times. This is a 3 bedroom 1 bath plus 2 office areas that has high speed internet, perfect for working from home as well. The kitchen is fully stocked and can accommodate 8 people on the dinging room table. Located only a block away from Humboldt Park, one of Chicago’s most iconic parks spanning 200 acres. We are not on site but please let us know how we can best serve you!

Room was clean and host was responsive. Parking on street was pretty easy, but a space is not provided. The outside stairs are very slanted and was hard with a baby, the door was not accessible when we arrived. The inside stairs are small and shared with another tenant, but mostly how we accessed the space.

Great spot to stay in Humboldt Park

Super cute apartment with two bedrooms, a big tv, and right near the park. Worked out great for our trip. Keep in mind it’s a 3rd floor walk up if you have trouble with stairs!

Top floor and close to everything

The photos are accurate. Very clean and open. I was given the access code right away and communicated my late check in and early check out. They created a great stay in a wonderful neighborhood. I will stay here again. Definitely book this space!

Very welcoming!

The apartment is huge and well stocked with all the comforts of home, we had a very easy time accessing everything and found everything very clean and tidy. My only comment would be that the king size bed is in need of a new mattress it tilts into the middle quite a lot and seems a bit collapsed. Thank you so much for our time there!

The stairs were not the best for me 3 flights is not good for a person of my age 59 the parking is not there parking a block and a half away place was clean and space was plenty but if you left to go some where it was a toss up to find a parking spot

Inside was stellar!

The inside of the property was wonderful. Exactly described. Clean and comfortable with all the amenities in the listing. Friday and Saturday nights we came home after dark and felt very unsafe as we looked for parking. There were gatherings down the street with cars in the middle of the street, people yelling things as we drove by, and giving rude gestures. Having us check in around back would have been okay, except we had to walk through the dimly lit alley. I would highly recommend better lighting at the keypad, and back gate area to increase security and feelings of safety. Lastly, steps going from the second to the third floor outside felt extremely unstable with boards being loose, warped, weak, and not nailed down all the way across. Everything inside was great though!
