Dette møblerede oceanfront hus er beliggende på en 1 hektar stor ejendom, der strækker sig over den beskyttede naturlige reserve strand Punta Melones, en af ?? de bedste strande til snorkling i Culebra øen. Du kan opleve spektakulære solnedgange fra 75 'infinity pool med udsigt over Vieques øen, Cayo Luis Peña, bjergene i Puerto Rico og indgangen til øen.

Det har 4 soveværelser, 5 5 badeværelser, vaskeri, AC i alle værelser og opholdsstue, 2 fuldt udstyrede køkkener, et stort spisekammer og store balkoner og terrasser. Alle værelser har havudsigt. Ejendommen er gåafstand til stranden og meget tæt på byen og restauranterne.

Dette er et to (2) niveau hjem med to separate gazebos:

Første sal (indgang) er et fuldt udstyret køkken med to 33-flaske vin kølere, stort spisekammer med dobbelt ovn og 1 badeværelse; alle rum med aircondition. Spisestue med plads til 10 personer, der støder op til stuen med SAT / opvaskemaskine og dvd-afspiller samt en dockingstation til iPod. Komplet med en wrap-around balkon terrasse med udsigt over havet med 3 borde, et barstole bord, en stor sofa og en gas grill.

Nedenunder er 4 soveværelser (alle med aircondition), herunder 2 master suiter: 1. master suite med en king size seng og tv, et privat badeværelse og en chaiselong; 2. soveværelse med en king size seng, mini køleskab, mikrobølgeovn og kaffemaskine, et privat badeværelse og tv. Det tredje soveværelse har 2 køjesenge (begge med fuld størrelse senge og enkeltsenge ovenpå, 6 sovepladser), et tv og et privat badeværelse. Det fjerde soveværelse eller Studio har en queensize seng, et privat badeværelse, 2 udtrækssofaer, et tv og et fuldt udstyret køkken.

Også vaskerum er på første niveau, et halvt badeværelse i poolområdet og udendørs bruser. Hvert værelse, terrasse, balkon og infinity pool har udsigt over havet. Hvert værelse har egen indgang.

Huset har plads til op til 12 gæster. Der er et uafhængigt soveværelse til baby sitter / stuepige med en fuld størrelse seng, tv, mikrobølgeovn, aircondition og et uafhængigt badeværelse. Huset ligger i gåafstand til stranden og meget tæt på byen og restauranterne.

Culebra ligger mellem Puerto Rico's nordøstlige kyst og St. Thomas USVI. Der er fly til rådighed fra Isla Grande Lufthavn, Ceiba Lufthavn eller Luis Muñoz Marín International Lufthavn. Du kan også få adgang til øen via færge fra Ceiba, PR

Excellent property and location

We stayed with our family and friends and had an excellent time! There were 9 of us in total and there was plenty of space for all. Loved the pool overlooking the ocean and nearby island. Short walk down the hill to the beach was manageable. The house was comfortable and well-equipped with most everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend!

Amazing time at Seahorse Villa

We’re a group of ten friends. 6 adults 4 kids. We had an amazing time. The snorkeling at the beach below the property was very easy to get to. The house amenities were very nice. Definitely appreciated the snacks and drinks upon arrival. We cooked almost all of our meals in the big kitchen. The pool is nice and views are exceptional. Short drive to markets and ferry dock. A jeep is a must to drive up the driveway. The host’s recommendations for a personal chef and taxis were great.

Litza was great and the photos of this property do not do it justice. The view and sunsets are one of the best I have experienced, and I have been to 25 country’s and stayed at 300 properties. We’ll be back.

Best appointed kitchen of any house I've rented ever.. and beautiful diving right out back.. so many great spots in culebra and this house and the view just sucks you in and makes it hard to leave.. thank you Litza!

Absolutely Fantastic

The view is unbelievable- pictures don’t do it justice. Our family had a great time snorkeling just in front of the home. Some of age best snorkeling we have done! The home was comfortable and kitchen well equipped. We made several meals at home. Litza was very responsive and super easy to work with.

Amazing stay

Litza was a wonderful host and this property was nothing short of spectacular. It easily accommodated our party, ages 3 months to 75 years, with something for everyone at each age. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances (including juicer and blender) and there was a stash of snacks when we arrived. The pool and yard are as fabulous as they look in the photos. One thing that was undersold was the beach. It's an easy downhill walk from the house. The beach itself is rocky (wear shoes) and you need to go out at high tide to avoid damaging the reef which is immediately offshore... but the snorkling was great without any need to get in the car! It was a perfect week all around!!

The property was amazing! Beautiful views, great accomodations. Litza, the owner, was very helpful and generous. She left provisions to get us started for the week. We would have gladly stayed longer. We had a great family vacation. Would highly recommend this property. We visited culebra in March and had beautiful weather. The only downside was there were many mosquitoes. Litza very nicely provided mosquito zappers which helped. Overall, this is a fabulous place and we would love to return!

Just FABULOUS

Grandparents and two children's families with Grandchildren aging from 7 to 16 spent a full week at Seahorse Villa. We should have stayed our full 2 week Puerto Rico vacation here instead of travelling around, packing and unpacking and spending $$ It's incredibly beautiful, private, with every extra we wanted and many we did not expect. Snorkeling just downhill from the house is the best we found on Culebra or Culebrita. There is a bathing beach at Molones but it's not as nice as others that require a drive, not a big deal. Location is on the nain island (do not book on the other side of the bridge from the ferry dock; it's rather run down. Walking to town is a hike on some steep roads, but possible. The host was nice and extremely responsive, unlike other VRBO properties we have encountered. For a family vacation I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend this property. It's expensive but it is worth it.

Idyllic Getaway with Incredible Views

Our family especially enjoyed our time in Culebra. Seahorse Villa is exactly as advertised and Litza was a top notch host. We spent our time swimming in the pool, snorkeling at Melones Beach, enjoying the views, and exploring the island. We learned that the best snorkeling was in the water right below the villa. We also hired a chef (Jennifer) for two nights and would highly recommend. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We were sold from the listing, but know that the images do not do this place justice. You have to see it! It was our wedding weekend spent with family and friends and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Litza obviously takes great care of the space and has pride in what she’s built. Amazing property with even more Amazing view

If you are looking for a relaxed, quiet, no hassle vacation at a great property look no further. Litza is the perfect host with the best communication to help coordinate the in and outs of your stay. There isnt alot to do on the island itself but that is the beauty of it. You wont want to leave the property. We recommend Jennifer as youe personal chef and grabbing some beer/wine from the local store and relaxing like we did. There are trips to Culebrita beach and Flamenco beach that are a must. Litza has you covered from every angle. We will definitely do this again as a family.

Fantastic house and Incredible Host!

This property is breathtaking. Pictures do not do it justice. From the second you pull up to the house you are amazed by the architectural layout and beautiful views of this property. The house comes fully stocked with everything you might need for your stay. You truly only need your clothes and groceries. The host goes above and beyond to make this property feel like home. From providing toiletries to surprising us with champagne and strawberries upon arrival. There are snorkeling masks, laundry detergent, floating domino table etc! The house design is incredible. There are 3 separate master suites and an attached kids room. There are horse stables and a room for the nanny. The list goes on and on. A perfect snorkeling beach is just a short walk away. It is paradise. We travelled for a family wedding and other members of the family stayed in a different property. Their experience was awful in comparison to ours although the property looked great in pictures and was priced the same. The location of this house is also very convenient compared to other properties around. We were considering extending our vacation an extra week because we fell in love with this home. We will DEFINITELY be back to seahorse villa. Litza we can not thank you enough! You made our vacation!

Wonderful family trip

Everything that was advertised was right on and the property was even more beautiful than we could’ve ever anticipated. There were 12 of us we were all supremely comfortable and loved every minute of our stay I hope we are able to go back again next year. I know it’s expensive but it was worth every single penny.

If you think about Greek Island or Baleares, This place is Even Better

The property is amazing, very well equipped. Location and view is breathtaking. Accommodations, pool and amenities are world-class. The beaches are incredible, super beautiful, crystal clear water, sea turtles, coral reef, tons of fishes. Tons of things to do beside relaxing and going to the beach (kayak tours, jet ski tours, boat tours to nearby smaller islands with amazing beaches, good food options if going outside for dinner. Wine Cava with decent selection, few grocery shopping markets. Hiring a professional chef to come do your dinner with local fresh fish, TOUCHE! I will definitively come back, this was an amazing vacation.

Wonderful and Wonderful

This villa is amazing and very well kept. It has all of the amenities you could need for a family getaway, we only wished we had more time to utilize it all. All of the bedrooms were facing the ocean so everyone got to enjoy waking up to a spectacular view. As Culebra is a small island with limited restaurant choices, we fully utilize the kitchen and all of the kitchen equipments that was provided, including spices and pots/pans in all sizes. The dinning area and outdoor seatings were great for family meals along with the ocean breeze. The whole property allowed for 11 of us to roam freely and enjoy the view of the turquoise water no matter where we were. The property also has a pathway down to the water, which is also secluded and great for a mini hikes with the kids. To top it all of Litza was amazing, she made sure to guide us to the home and was super accommodating with our family. I look forward to future stays here when we're visiting PR again.
