Oceanfront house with panoramic views of the western side of Culebra with over 4,200 sq.ft., by Bahia Linda beach and Bahia Sardinera with 2 private docks overlooking town and ferry entrance. This private estate has access to snorkeling, scuba diving, kayaking, boating, fishing and many more activities. The home has 360 degree views of the ocean and has a breathtaking infinity pool overlooking Bahia Linda beach surrounded by nature and lush landscaping.
This ONE OF A KIND house is located in a peninsula and has 5 bedrooms, 5 baths, expansive/open great room/living area with equipped kitchen, large pantry with laundry, gazebo, and 2 sun decks. The bedrooms are divided into two (2) separate master suites with its private entrance and bathrooms; one queen size junior suite with private bathroom and 2 other bedrooms with 4 bunk beds each sharing one bathroom. There is a full guest bathroom outside by great room. Kitchen space is open/ overlooking great room with expansive counter space with 8 stools perfect for entertaining! The open living area is surrounded by decks and terraces; this house has been designed to make you feel like you are in a yacht! The house has capacity for up to 14 guests and is short distance to town, restaurants and shopping areas. The house is two steep hills from town, so a 4X4 jeep or vehicle is recommended.
Villa Tampico’s convenient layout provides for various alternatives depending on the number of guests, and can comfortably accommodate from 2 to 14 guests. Each bedroom has a TV and there is wireless internet service on premises.
Culebra island is approximately 20 sq. miles and is located between Puerto Rico’s northeastern coast and St. Thomas USVI. Access to the island is via air from Isla Grande airport or Ceiba or via ferry from Fajardo, PR. Villa Tampico is close to the airport, ferry, and beautiful beaches, one being Flamenco Beach, named by National Geographic one of the top 10 beaches in the world. Thank you for choosing Villa Tampico for your vacation. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and our proximity to town and the ocean. Due to the openness of the house to the ocean, the appliances gets corrosion. The microwave and stove/oven were changed last year and the two refrigerators are 3 years old.
Hope you come back and visit again.

Great location right next to town but also very private. The house care taker Edwin was amazing. My family had a great snorkeling off the dock and playing in the pool.

This is a beautiful property in a stunning location. Michelle and Edwin were both very helpful as our flights were delayed and we arrived very late. They made sure we got our rental vehicle and a pizza for dinner!

Villa Tampico is an unbelievably amazing home … the location and the outdoor living space seriously cannot be beat. The location on a private penisula is so awesome - it feels so private and secluded with amazing views all around, but also close enough to town to stop by grocery store daily or eat our meals in town (kitchen is stocked and great, but we didn’t want to cook or cleanup and like supporting local businesses). Bedrooms and bathrooms were very comfortable. Having a washer/dryer is really nice, though we didn’t do it but once or twice the whole week. Leaving the beautiful beaches of Culebra wasn’t even sad bc we knew what we were going home to. Owner and house manager were both great to work with. Would go back to this house and this island in a heartbeat.

This was our second stay at Villa Tampico. This time we brought more family, who were as blown away as we were by the incredible ocean views and that amazing infinity pool. Had a great time and we’ll be back!

We had an awesome stay at Villa Tampico. The place was close enough to everything we wanted to do in Culebra including snorkeling directly in the water surrounding the house but private enough for quiet moments of seclusion. We had our Framily trip that included 9 adults ranging from 23-55 years old. Everyone enjoyed the open nature of the kitchen and other spaces. We would love to return!!

Great family reunion spot
Our family with members age 2-75 loved Villa Tampico. Gorgeous views sunrise to sunset. Lots of spaces for groups and individuals to hang out here and there. Very comfortable.

Amazing vacation spot!
This rental was an incredible spot for our friends and family! Location was super convenient in town, easy accessible to the local market and restaurants. The landscape and pool was kid friendly and made it easy to spend the whole day on the property!

Location and property were superb. We were a family of 4 and worried it would be too big. The 3 big bedrooms were perfect; one for parents, and one for each kid. It meant we didn't use the two bunk rooms. The driveway was steep and bumpy but good fun; a four wheel drive is needed and our jeep was ideal. House is short walk to town which we did many times. Alternatively, just drive and park at the dock over the hill. The house design is brilliant; bedrooms are private and the kitchen and seating areas perfect to talk, read or lounge about. Multiple balconies, outdoor seating areas (covered and uncovered) and a lovely wood pathway joining them all up. The sound system was ancient BUT it worked and we could listen to our tunes via Bluetooth in the kitchen and deck; wonderful.Kids loved the pool. Very well equipped in the kitchen but we struggled with the lack of glassware (plastic wine glasses); first world problem to be honest. The house is in great condition, albeit it is quite dated in parts (cassette player hifi in rooms for example). We didn't find this an issue as the location, the design and the fact we were reading, at a beach, paddling or walking somewhere on the island was much more important. We've never stayed at a location quite as special, and would come definitely return. We kept smiling every time we walked around the property.

We had preferred plastic, due to the fact that we have had experiences in the past that the guests have broken the glass wine glasses and some of the kids got cuts and ended up with stiches...We hope you come back and visit us in the future. Best property in Culebra
The house is amazing with a 360 view of the Culebra peninsula, infinity pool and two docks to bring or rent a boat and being able to enjoy the island beaches by boat.

Best vacation house in Culebra
My wife and I came to Culebra to get married and wanted to have a small family vacation before we kicked off the wedding festivities. Villa Tampico was just as amazing as advertised. The layout of the house and view of the ocean is truly one of a kind on the island. Would definitely say again.
