Fantastic property! Very clean! Very private! The communication with the host was clear, and super responsive. I highly recommend the property for a great getaway - the views were amazing!I have included some photos taken with our drone as an example of the how fun and secluded the property is.......awesome experience! Family Friendly - see photos - we decided to use some of the kid toys to make the train-track and we added some wild life, just for fun.......and then we saw some "real" wildlife - (see photos) Great place!

Everything was just great. Lovely house with lots of stuff for the kids to do. House was clean, not cluttered, and great for families. The games in the basement and the toys in the loft were a particular hit. Molly was super responsive with everything we needed and made for an all-around great experience.

This property is wonderful! Beautifully decorated. Boho chic. Abundant natural light. Great views! Deer walking by. Kitchen is full of all cooking essentials. Loved the coffee maker and tea kettle. Boys loved to play ping pong and air hockey. After visiting nearby family we would come here and relax and watch Christmas movies.

We absolutely loved our stay at Wild Tioga! The view from the deck is simply breathtaking—mountains all around, creating the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. The home itself is beautifully designed: modern yet cozy, stylish yet welcoming.Everything feels so thoughtful and well put together. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, and every detail makes you feel right at home. The downstairs playroom was a huge hit—ping-pong and air hockey kept both kids and adults entertained for hours!Whether traveling with kids or without, there’s plenty to do here. It’s the kind of place that truly feels like a home away from home. We can only imagine how gorgeous it must be in winter or fall, and we’d love to come back to experience it in a different season.Highly recommend staying here—it’s worth every moment!

I want to live in this beautiful home forever. The place is a hidden gem, tucked away from it all, away from both noise and light pollution, this elegantly appointed home and its’s incredible host, Molly have thought of everything: delicious and fresh ground coffee, a cozy reading nook, games.. You name it, Molly has thought of it. The place was immaculately clean, luminous and gorgeous…and screens? What screens? Between the game room, “the secret hideout” in the room, the hills to roll down on, and the fire pit to make s’mores, the kiddos quite literally did not realize that their iPad had stayed in the car the whole time!
