1. Unauthorized Parties:
• An additional fee of $1,000 will be applied for each unauthorized party.
2. Smoking:
• A fee of $100 will be applied for the presence of cigarette butts on the property.
3. Patio Furniture:
• Furniture moved within the property must be returned to its original position.
4. Barbecue:
• Guests must clean the barbecue grill after use.
5. Property Access:
• Property access without using the specified pool attire is not allowed. This prevents disruptions to pool chemical balance. In case of non-compliance, an approximate fee of $100 will be charged to readjust pool chemicals.
6. Candies and Chewing Gum:
• If there are children on the property, they must be instructed to avoid leaving sticky candies, chewing gum, or gum wrappers that could cause damage. This will assist the cleaning staff. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
Compliance with House Rules and Cleaning Fee Adjustment:
• It is essential that all guests respect the established rules. This ensures a pleasant stay for all visitors.
• The cleaning fee included in the booking covers general property maintenance and standard cleaning, such as washing of sheets, kitchen cleaning, bathroom disinfection, among others.
• Any action that requires additional cleaning time, such as leaving the grill dirty or excessive grease buildup in the oven due to cooking without the use of a special grease-catching tray, may result in an additional charge.
• If the cleaning staff needs to invest additional time due to actions that should have been performed by the guests, a cleaning fee adjustment will be applied. This includes, but is not limited to, tasks such as grill cleaning, removal of tough stains, and disposal of trash.
• Any additional charges due to rule violations will be calculated based on the additional time required and will be billed to the card used for the booking.

LAUNDRY– THERE IS A WASHER & DRYER LOCATED IN THE BACKYARD. WE HAVE COMPLIMENTARY DETERGENT & FABRIC SOFTENER. IT’S A HIGH-EFFICIENCY WASHER & DRYER AND ONLY REQUIRES A LITTLEDETERGENT & FABRIC SOFTENER. WHEN USING THEM DO NOT LEAVE THEM UNATTENDED AFTER FINISHING .
$100 FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR ANY CIGARRETE BUTTS AND OR SMELL LEFT BEHIND, WE WILL USE YOUR DEPOSIT FOR THIS) PLEASE SMOKE 20 FT AWAY FROM THE HOME AND THROW BUTTS IN THE BIG TRASH CANS .
In the description of the house we add that there is no fence for the pool, so you are responsible for taking care of yourself and yours. We do not have a private gate , the parking lot is exposed to the street , and it is a corner with movement on the street . we are not responsible for any theft or accident inside or outside the property !! By reserving the property you are accepting the terms and conditions you are responsible.
