Guest Access

Guests have full private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including the fenced yard, patios, and parking areas. The property is fully fenced for privacy. Self check-in is provided, with detailed arrival instructions sent prior to arrival.

Location & Neighborhood

Rancho Hermoso is located in the small, historic Barrio Kroeger Lane area, just west of Downtown Tucson and adjacent to Menlo Park. This quiet pocket sits along the Santa Cruz River corridor and is surrounded by undeveloped land on multiple sides, creating a peaceful setting while remaining close to the city.

The Santa Cruz River Loop runs alongside the neighborhood, offering direct access for walking, running, and biking. The Mercado District, MSA Annex, and modern streetcar are nearby, providing easy connections to Downtown, 4th Avenue, and the University area.

The home uses a gray water system. Only standard toiletries may be used. Hair dyes, chemical treatments, and wipes of any kind may not be used or flushed. Toilet paper only.

The home is pet friendly, but pets must be disclosed at booking. A $100 fee applies if pets are not disclosed.

To keep cleaning fees reasonable, guests are asked to leave the home generally tidy at checkout. If you prefer a fully hands-off departure, please let us know in advance and we can adjust the cleaning arrangement.

Outdoor amenities such as the grill and fire features are available for use. Please clean and store items after use, or request assistance.

Exterior security cameras monitor entry points only. There are no interior cameras.

RVs and trailers are welcome for parking purposes. No hookups are available.
