Incantevole unità con 2 camere da letto e 1 bagno affettuosamente noto come "The Albatross" con tutta la biancheria fornita per la spiaggia, il bagno e la camera da letto.

-Siamo A 28 Seacliff Avenue, appena fuori West Grand .. situato su una famiglia / pet orientato strada, a pochi passi dalla sabbia OOB. (Conosciamo tutti i nostri vicini e sono meravigliosi) La posizione è proprio sul lato dell'oceano dei binari del treno (nel caso in cui tu conosca la zona e non vuoi essere sull'altro lato dei binari).

-L'unità abitativa dormirà comodamente 5 (6 con il comodo divano futon in pelle). -Il cottage è stato originariamente costruito nel 1901, ma rinnovato nel corso degli anni, incluso nel 2019. Carino, accogliente, sicuro, confortevole e più importante, pulito.

-Ecco quello che offriamo con questo noleggio:

- Cortile privato completo di sedie da giardino, barbecue, pozzo del fuoco e amaca

-La camera da letto principale ha materasso matrimoniale e A / C

-Bedroom # 2 ha la regina con un letto a soppalco con letti a castello

-Leather Futon (si stende piatta se necessario) e Leather Love Seat

- Cucina completa con estintore, caffettiera, tostapane, microonde, frigorifero, fornello a gas, frullatore e tutti i piatti, pentole, posate e altri utensili da cucina.

-Wi-TV LCD e in tutte le camere da letto e soggiorno con app di streaming come Roku TV Channel, Netflix, Amazon Prime e Pluto TV. È possibile trovare molte app per tenere il passo con le notizie locali (alcune città).

Cavo di HDMI a disposizione per collegare computer portatili nel caso in cui si hanno altre applicazioni di streaming.

-Ci Si trovano circa a metà strada da OOB Pier e Ocean Park in bella Old Orchard Beach.

deposito dei treni -Amtrak è raggiungibile a piedi se arrivate in treno. Il treno passa direttamente attraverso la città di OOB e avvisi ogni intersezione che sta arrivando, quindi se siete molto sensibili per la formazione del rumore, si consiglia di affittare in Saco o in Ocean Park.

We had a great time. The cottage was great. It was a great location and well-appointed. Great back yard for the dogs and very clean inside. I would highly recommend this cottage.

Perfect

Shawn was incredibly easy to deal with and always got right back to me with any questions we had. The cottage was perfect for my sister and I and her two dogs. It was very clean and had all the essentials needed. It has a very easy access to the beach and is in a lovely neighborhood. It is very quiet there and no disturbances for the dogs. We had no problems, not even with the trains 🚂. Thank you for a wonderful week.

One large Bedroom very nice and comfortable for 2, smaller bedroom no windows but door to the yard, Queen bottom single bunk on top ok for 3 people. 2 Faux leather futons in the living room very uncomfortable to relax although we didn’t spend much time indoors. Nice kitchen with plenty of utensils and supplies. Bathroom nice size although shower is a little cramped. Overall a very nice place to stay close to beach with a nice wagon to utilize.

Nice stay

Property location was great for access to the beach and walkable to OOB pier. We didn’t know it was literally right next to the train and the horns woke us up a few times but we ended up getting used to it and kind of liked it!!! Location was great at end of road by green area which was very nice to walk dogs. Would have liked fitted sheets for all beds and not top sheet to use as the “fitted.” It sleeps 5 but it was VERY tight. Very very little room in the bedrooms once 5 people’s luggage is there. Shower was very tight. Living room couches - tight for 5 people to watch TV at night TVs with Roku in all rooms - nice. AC in all rooms - nice. Super Great that they provide beach chairs, beach wagon, towels, booger boards!!! I also liked that the door had a code instead of a key. No dishwasher was a bummer. It would have been nice to have real chairs at the kitchen table instead of folding wooden chairs. Overall I would recommend this place to others.

Perfect Location. Great Space.

This is so close to everything in OOB. You can’t beat it. We loved our stay and would definitely book again. Folks with senior pups, there are stairs at both front and back doors, but we were able to make do with her Help Em Up harness. Nice and one level once you are inside.

Conveniently located for a beach holiday

The property is a short walk from the beach, and the laundromat and convenience store are close by. There is good wifi and a TV in each room, as well as air conditioning. The kitchen is well stocked and there are plenty of towels and beach paraphernalia. The cons are that it is beside the train track and the bathroom and plumbing need updating.

Very perfect for a longer-term stay as we bought our house, owner very communicative and helpful. Great beach supplies on hand, comfortable beds, you can’t hear the duplex neighbors.

So close to the beach!

Enjoyed the location and the amenities. Would recommend to small groups - families, friends. Easy walk to breakfast places and the pier. GREAT beach!

Beach Close By

The location of the house in relation to the beach is fantastic. That being said, the house is also directly next to a train track that carries trains all night long. If you are a heavy sleeper, that might not be a problem. If you are not, you will be up every hour all night long as the trains blow their whistles. The house is also more like a camp (bugs, etc.) than a house. If that is what you are looking for, this would be a great place for you to stay.

Great little cottage

We really enjoyed our stay. We knew the train tracks were right behind but the train tracks are next to everything. Hard to avoid. You get use to them. The convenience, cleanliness and beach access far out way the trains. Hope to come back, it was great.

Nice short walk to beautiful beach

We had a lovely time. Away from the hustle of Old Orchard Center but close enough to walk if one chose and close proximity to the beach all make this a nice get away. A little tight for family of 5 with 3 teens but perfect for family of 5 with smaller children.

Perfect Dog-Friendly Beach House

My boyfriend and I booked this property as a last minute getaway and it did not disappoint!! Shawn provides everything we needed and more, the cottage was spotless upon arrival, and the proximity to the beach was awesome. Quieter part of OOB but still close enough to walk to all the attractions! great for walking our dog and enjoying nightly fires. Thanks you Shawn for providing such a great rental!

If you like trains and no privacy this is your place

Cute apt attached to a main house, great back yard but your in a parking lot and 100 ft from the Amtrak and Conrail which runs all night with horns and the house shaking. Im not a picky person but this was almost comical. Fool me once

Perfect Maine Getaway

We had the most pleasant stay at this lovely beach getaway. Just far enough from the OOB downtown to have quiet beach access but also close enough to walk to the hub of the city to enjoy the amusement park, food, and of course the historical beach pier. Shawn thought of everything to make this trip a five star long weekend with our family. The cottage was clean and came with all the extras, beach wagon, toys, chairs, skim boards, the house was fully stalked with clean towels, kitchen amenities, and grills tools. He thought of absolutely everything!!

Absolutely perfect location and accommodations!

We found this cottage to be just perfect for our family and dog! My oldest son (10) would run out every time a train went by to take a video of it on his I Pad. He was most excited when he finally got the Dome car that would travel by in the morning. The cottage is located just 3 blocks from the beach and it is accommodated with all the necessities of home. We look forward to coming again next year, now that we have found this gem in OOB!

great place to stay

We stayed at this cozy little place which was a few minutes from the ocean ,but when you are in the back yard having a fire you feel like you are in the woods. Shawn supplied everything needed for cooking as well as a grill for barbecuing which was great we didn't need to eat out every day . It is also only a short walk to the pier and close to many of Maine's popular site seeing spots . There is a train track close to the home and the train went by often but I have to say we were not bothered by it . We would definitely rent this property again and recommend it to other travelers

Close to the beach, a lot of extra beach stuff, but the train was tough!

The cottage was clean and close to the beach. The large bedroom could use a new bed. Shawn was very nice and responsive to issues with the wifi and other questions. There was a lot of extra stuff like beach chairs, umbrellas, a transport wagon, etc. that made the trips to teh beach that much better. Also, the beach is only a few blocks away. However, the cottage is close to the train tracks and a train went by as many as 5-6 times a night blowing it's whistle. This was very tough with a 4 month old.

I bought this property because of Maine's natural beauty. I am a Mainer (although I have lived in Napa Valley, California and miss it greatly). The location was perfect, and I enjoy taking a couple weeks each summer to enjoy the property for myself. After all, the summer goes by in the blink of an eye...

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

Being halfway between the Pier and Ocean Park is a great thing. Ocean Park is a "hidden gem" of a small coastal town with excellent restaurants, small shops, and beautiful views. If fishing is your forte, the Saco River is an excellent choice to spend a day casting lines.
