Great spot!

10 adults ranging from 70s to 12. Parents/Grandparents, adult kids and their adult kids. Some single, some married, one expecting - all had a great time. The splash pool didn’t get used (but interesting). The community pool was very nice, but didn’t get used either. The beach was wonderful, the umbrella set up and owner’s umbrellas and chairs were great! Non-stick Pots and pans were really scratched up - I bought an inexpensive set and left it. Use plastic utensils! The grill was great. It was all a very nice vacation - room for all! The back yard beach was perfect as were the decks! We had a great time - thanks! Beach was not crowded!!

Excellent Beach House

We loved the house, there was plenty of space. Every floor had a beautiful view of the ocean. The house was clean when we arrived and had everything we could possibly need. The people at Frangista Properties could not have been more helpful and accommodating! We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing time. The property was fully stocked with the basic essentials. It was a little smaller than we thought it would be compared to the photos however, it was not a problem. The 3rd floor Master bedroom has a million dollar view! Hope to revisit soon.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Perfect weather, perfect week!

The condo was very nice. Clearly it has been very loved and enjoyed by others because the floors look a bit worn along with the kitchen. But that’s okay! We loved it too. The location to the beach was a huge plus! Was a bit bummed that the AC had to stay at 72. That’s warm for us older women. I keep my own house at 69 and sleeping in 72 degrees made for hot nights. Our family is large and all of the spacious rooms were a plus. We enjoyed our stay!

This property was further down and closer to a younger crowd. The year before we stayed at Frangista Tide and I believe I prefer that location better. However, the stay was very nice. The cocktail pool heater had to be replaced but management was very helpful and quick to get it fixed. Frangista is an amazing place to experience Destin.

House is overall nice! Beds were comfortable! Nice location. Washing machine broke while we were there, but the rental management company was VERY good about getting it fixed and helping us out with washing some of our stuff in the meantime! Living room furniture (couch and recliner) was NOT comfortable. Kitchen needs updating. Bottom floor bathroom has no counter top because of pedestal sink which makes it hard when traveling. Otherwise, great place!

Only problem was that one air conditioner quit working one night, but William dispatched an AC repairman who knew what the problem was and had it fixed quickly. Already talking about going back. Only dissatisfaction was the lack of lights in the elevator. But we adjusted.
