The Cozy Dune is a renovated, professionally decorated, Gulf-front vacation condo in the community of Mainsail in Miramar Beach. This beach home is designed to provide guests a luxury stay with modern features – breathtaking Gulf views and easy beach access, along with updated bathrooms, bedrooms, furnishings and appliances.

The first floor location provides extraordinary Gulf views and direct beach access. Only first floor units have their own private staircase! This condo is second from the front of the building, but the closest you can get to the beach in an updated 3-bedroom unit in Mainsail, and the ONLY one that also offers direct beach access! Enjoy CLEAR, up front, Gulf views. And lastly, the front door is directly across from the elevator and stairway. No need to lug your baggage or beach toys far!

The single floor hosts the gulf-front balcony, dining & family rooms, kitchen, bedrooms, and laundry. Upon entering the front door, you will be in awe of the open floor plan, with the entry hallway flowing into the kitchen, dining area and family room. The dining area features modern chandelier lighting and provides seating for 8. As you continue into the family room you find custom reclaimed wood art on the left, and expansive Gulf Front views through the large sliding glass doors to the right. You can see the beach from the comfort of your own couch, which also pulls out into a comfortable Queen size sleeper bed. Enjoy a movie on the 70” smart TV in the family room – get cozy on the LoveSac or get comfortable on one of the two couches! Take in the phenomenal, upfront Gulf views and relax after your day at the beach!

The fully-equipped kitchen is ready with a smooth top electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee makers. When it comes time to settling down, there are 3 King bedrooms to give you the comfort you expect after a long day in the sun and the waves at the beach!

The Gulf-front Master King Bedroom Suite offers Gulf views with a large slider, access to the Gulf-front balcony, and a 50” TV. This suite has a private bathroom with modern sliding barn door, a luxury new walk-in shower and premier showerhead, and a double sink.

The second King bedroom suite has Resort views, a 50” TV, a private bathroom with modern sliding barn door, and a luxury tub / shower combo with sliding glass doors and a premier showerhead.
