Une belle unité avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan. Spectaculaire et spacieux, décoré professionnellement DELUXE une chambre / une salle de bain PENTHOUSE en bord de mer dans Paradise Resort! Ce complexe est l'un des plus récents complexes en bord de mer de Myrtle Beach, ouvrant ses portes en 2006.

Cette unité est située au 20e étage dans Paradise Resort avec un parking couvert. Vous entrez dans le condo dans un couloir qui mène à la cuisine. La chambre est complètement séparée sur la gauche et a deux lits queen. La nouvelle cuisine mise à jour a un comptoir en granit et est entièrement équipée d'appareils supplémentaires, d'un mélangeur, d'une cafetière, d'un grille-pain, d'une ouverture de boîte électrique, de gadgets et d'un service pour huit personnes.

Le salon décoré de façon design contient un canapé-lit queen size, un lit escamotable escamotable, un canapé simple, une table avec quatre chaises, un écran plat HD TV et une connexion Internet sans fil haut débit directement dans l'unité. Beaucoup de draps et serviettes, service pour 8, et tout ce que vous pourriez souhaiter pour de belles vacances! Les draps sont remplacés chaque année. Le balcon spacieux a une table et 2 chaises, est Oceanfront et LA VUE EST INCROYABLE! Ils sont parfaits pour observer les dauphins avec votre café du matin.

This resort is very popular for the guests in summer because it has very good amenities including pools, lazy river and kids pools. So it may be little bit noisy in the evening when some young guests stay in this resort. All my previous guests had great stay in my property. Looking forward to hosting you again in your next trip.

Thanks a lot for your feedback. Ia m glad to know that you had a good vacation in my oceanfront penthouse. I am so sorry for the cleaning issue. The cleaning company hired some new employees last month. I already talked with the cleaning company on the cleaning issues. They trained and monitored the new employee more. Cleaning is not an issue any more. Usually the guests would contact me if they find any cleaning issue when they check in, then the cleaning company would redo the cleaning on it. I am looking forward to hosting you and your family again in your next trip to MYRTLE Beach.

Definitely nicer than we expected.

This room was on the top floor with an amazing view. More than enough room for a family or even a guys or girls trip. Large garden tub/shower that never runs out of hot water. Pools and Facilities cleaned thoroughly every morning before opening to guests.

Enjoyed this condo on penthouse level for 2nd summer in a row…beautiful view of beach and ocean! Everything you would need is provided, including quality towels and some toiletries. Perfect for family. Very clean, convenient to beach, shopping and restaurants. Communication w/property mgr is also good.

Amazing view!

Overall we had a wonderful stay. Amazing view from the balcony. Good location. Easy access to the beach. Condo was clean, and the kitchen was sufficiently stocked. The only drawbacks were the beds and the couch, which were not very comfortable. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay very much and would stay here again.

Comfy Clean Condo for Getaway

Really enjoyed our vacay at this condo...clean, comfortable and the location was safe and convenient to restaurants and entertainment. Everything provided (pots, pans, dishes, etc) so all we had to do was arrive. My first time booking a trip on my own in 20 years, so I am very satisfied that everything turned out better than planned :) Large soaker tub, pools/lazy pool and karaoke were absolutely perfect for my family! The view is unforgettable. I highly recommend staying here for your future beach trip!!

This condo had everything that we needed in it and the view was great! The resort is older and a little run down but it was pretty clean. The only complaint that I would have is the couch/hideaway sleeper needs to be replaced. It was pretty broke down and not very clean. The pulldown bed and 2 beds in the bedroom were very comfortable though and worked for our needs. The host was great and even responded to messages at midnight when we arrived and were struggling with the parking garage. If you drive a larger vehicle then you may struggle with parking because the parking garage is pretty tight and usually packed.

This resort has a garage parking and an open parking lot in front of the building. My team and cleaning company work very hard to make my properties best vacation homes for my guests. Nice property and location. A little crowded getting from the elevators to the pool and beach

Truly enjoyed our stay in the condo. The owner was very responsive yet totally unobtrusive. The AC stopped working but after an email, Feng responded within minutes and had the AC fixed within an hour or two while we were at the beach. That's quicker than most hotels when it comes to service. The beds were comfortable. The view to the beach from the penthouse was outstanding! Although I guess you can technically sleep 8, I don't know if I would recommend this property unless you're really friendly. For the 2 of us, the size was just fine and I think you would be fine with 2 couples or a family of 4 or 6 as well. Additionally, the price for the unit was less than if we had booked a comparable room through the resort. A good value for the money and we would certainly consider staying here again if our travels bring us back to Myrtle Beach in the future. Thank you Feng for a nice visit to your home!

Little slice of “Paradise”

My husband and I have stayed at this resort for many years, we wanted to try something different vs booking thru the resort. The experience was painless but our expectations were completely different than what we thought. I think because we felt we were staying in someone’s “home” it would have everything we needed and more, but that wasn’t the case. This room need work and although the owner was every receptive and dealt with the few immediate issue, the room still needs much love and care. The fridge, stove and toaster need replacing, we didn’t use the later 2 and we stayed 23 days. No sharp knives, no blender, no juice jug, and same very uncomfortable furniture in the living room. Ice machine right out side the bedroom window was an issue late in the night too!! All in all it’s a good resort and Frank was a great host!’

Nice stay and a beautiful view!!!

I really enjoyed the peace and quiet in my place!!! View was fantastic and walking distance to everything I needed. This is not a complaint, but just an FYI to the owner. If you could leave some cleaning products (i.e., all-purpose cleaner, a scrubby) for when we leave. I had an OLD scrubby that was not very good at cleaning the counters and surface areas, and no cleaner, so I did my best. Might I suggest a new shower head for the bathroom. I realize water pressure is not the greatest in such a large building, so maybe one that has a wider head. I'm sure your renters would love this!! Your balcony door is very difficult to open and close. I realize it is that way for safety reasons, so might I suggest maybe cleaning/oiling the tracks, this may make it much easier for your renters. Overall, I would recommend this place for a nice retreat.

However after a claim was placed on the property for NO REASON, I will not rent from this owner again! Cons: Doesn't accommodate eight comfortably Only one bathroom Bad housekeeping Needs minor updates Carpet needs cleaning Need new beach accessories Sleeper sofa damaged Letter Sent to Property Owner about Accusations and claim: Good morning, upon arriving home last night I received an email stating that you put in a smoke clean up claim. First and foremost my guest and I DID NOT smoke in your Condo!! You should ask before assuming, your neighbor to the left was smoking quite often and it was reported to the front desk. We are certified in the medical field and one is a housekeeping manager at one of the biggest Hospice Centers in MI. After reporting to the front desk, my associate extended a curiosity by washing all the towels and linen, vaccumming and wiping your place down, which WASN'T very clean. Your housekeepers as stated in one of your reviews do not thoroughly clean your place, that's what you should be addressing. I've rented properties from HomeAway for over 10 years and have 'NEVER' had any problems. Therefore I will be fighting this claim, I value who I am and what I stand for and you will not receive funds for something that we did not do nor had any control over. We cared for your place as we care for our place of residence and no one is allowed to smoke in my home!!

Thanks a lot for your feedback. I'd like to clarify the story about the claim for smoking. After these guests left, the cleaning company reported the smoke smell in this condo, and the cleaning company did smoke removal. Based on the policy, smoking is not allowed in this unit. If the guests smoke in the unit, $200 smoking removal fee will be charged and it may also result in eviction. I claimed this smoking removal fee from the insurance company. On the second day I received a message from this guest for the explanation. He was very emotional and upset for this claim. I explained the situation to him and withdrawn the claim. I did the cleaning by myself and I vacuumed the carpet very carefully before he checked in. Everywhere was pretty clean. I cannot understand why this guest provided the negative feedback on the cleaning. This unit is a one bedroom penthouse on the top floor of the resort. It can host 8 guests. It has 2 queen size beds in the bedroom, one queen size sleeper sofa and 1 full size murphy bed in living room. If you want more space, you'd better rent 2- or 3-bedrooms. I always try my best to make my property perfect for the vavation of my guests and I always try my best to solve the issues ASAP when my guests have concerns.

Room was great, Hotel not for me

Room was great, clean, washer and dryer included, plenty of sleeping with the double beds and Murphy bed. Things that need to be improved upon is dinner table is very wobbly and the sliding door needs to be addressed. I could not open it with my arms. I had to lean into it with my body weight to open and close it. My two kids 9 & 5 could not open it at all. The owner was very responsive when I messaged him. The unit does not have a dedicated wifi so you are using the hotel wifi but there was absolutely no issue with two kids using iPads, the Roku tv, and a laptop on the go. The hotel - indoor parking was very tight and never available. I gave up after the first day and parked across the street. Hotel security is somewhat non existent, as anyone could walk into the building and use the lay river and pools. I stopped wearing my arm band and was never questioned. The lazy river had huge signs that you needed to use a float to use the lazy river. This was never enforced. Kids were swimming in it and jumping in and out of it as if it were a swimming pool. I was always worried that I was going to pin a swimming child against the wall with my floatie because they were not always visible. This was all going on as workers just stood there. At one point someone was throwing ice from their balcony into the pool but that happened on our first day and I didn’t notice it happening again. The pool looked murkey when I looked from our balcony compared to the other hotel.

Many thanks for your feedback. The glass sliding door and the dinner table were fixed. All the oceanfront condos share the WiFi provided by the resorts in Myrtle Beach. I wrote this in the description and the instruction to the guests. I will communicate with the HOA management on the rules of pools and lazy river. Terrible experience; dirty unit.

The unit was NOT cleaned when we checked in 6/16/23. The parking tag of the last guest showed that they checked out on 6/10/2023. The unit has been left dirty with trash for 1 week. There were dirty towels in the tub, beds not made from previous guests, 3 trash bags sitting out in the kitchen, fridge not cleaned out, dirty dishes in the sink and the floor was filthy. I called the host, Frank Song, who rushed me off the phone with no explanation. He finally got a cleaning crew to come in and clean while my family was in the unit. We did not unpack or get to settle in until 9:30pm after the cleaning crew left. My 1 yr old was cranky as he was hungry and it was way past his bedtime. Frank only offered a $40 discount for this huge inconvenience and delay in our checkin/usage of the unit but still has NOT refunded me the $40 and will not answer my emails now. The bathroom door did not lock, the throw blankets still had food stains crusted on them and the floors were still very dirty after the cleaning crew left that my whole family had to wear socks in the entire time. The dishes and cups in the cabinets were visibly dirty with food stuck on the dishes, not sure if previous guests put them in the cabinets that way or if the dishwasher just does not work well, either way, they do not clean the dishes nor even inspect them. My family will never stay here again. It was a terrible experience, Frank was not helpful, and unit was filthy.

I am very sorry to receive this negative review. This guest stated partial fact and lied on many other things. They arrived my property after 5pm and found my property was not cleaned. When I received her call, I was so surprised that the cleaning company forgot to clean this unit. I apologized to her and told her I would send a cleaner there ASAP to get it ready and I promised to refund her half of cleaning fee for this inconvenience. The cleaner got there in 20 minutes and get the unit cleaned within one hour. My cleaner told me the guest was happy on our prompt action to correct the mistake. However, on the second day, this guest started to ask $200 for compensation. I rejected her request. Then she left this false and negative review. We work really very hard to ensure our units are clean, up to date, and very comfortable for our guests so they can have a wonderful, fun filled vacation. My previous guests loved my properties and all had good vacation in my properties. For future guests, please ignore this review and refer to the reviews from my other guests.

Excellent surprise beachfront get away

After two and a half years of sticking close to home we needed a getaway! We had another VRBO booked that cancelled on Friday and we were flying in to Myrtle Beach Sunday! So thankful we found this last minute stay instead! First, it's literally less than 10 min from the airport and there are plenty of shops, stores, and restaurants in the immediate area. It would be easy to not need a car although we did have a rental. The parking garage on-site was a little close and hard to find a space, but then we realized there is also an open parking garage across the street and just parked there. The host had sent us all the information so we could go straight to the room on the penthouse top floor of the building and enter with the keycode. The unit has a kitchen, including dishwasher, stacked washer and dryer, a pull out sofa bed, Murphy bed, and bedroom with 2 queens. All were comfortable for the most part and there were freshly laundered sheets, plenty of pillows and blankets to go around. The balcony opens to chairs and you overlook the beach below. The unit itself was perfect for us and then our 3 adult children came to stay part of the time as well. The host was quick to respond to any questions and the unit was very reasonably priced. The resort itself is a great place for families and obviously gets a lot of use so it's a little "tired". There are 4 elevators and at least twice they were being worked on. But with 20 floors they get a lot of use! The pools were wonderful. Lots of places for kids and there was a tiki bar byy the pool that played music and karaoke. The beach itself was wonderful. Soft sand, plenty of room, lots of shells. By late afternoon there was a shadow from the sun caused by the building itself which was great. We also went out late at night with flashlights to see the little ghost crabs and muscles burrowing in the sand. Overall one of the best vacations we've had and a wonderful host and property!

Condo Just as Listed

The Myrtle Beach property was as pictured and listed. Clean, wonderful views, overall a very nice property. I would stay there again. Condo comes with an extra box fan, extra towels, beach chairs even a mini-surf board. We brought extra soap, toilet paper, trash bags and paper towell, but enough was supplied for us for a four-day stay. An excellent rental all around.
