If I can give a zero, I would do!The room is premium location but terribly served. - Missing spare bedsheets (needed 2 days to have a spare and I was told to iron them).- Showering in a pond of water as the bathtub was slowly draining. Asked for a fix and it did not happen until we left (5 nights).- One day we lost the hot water and we could not use the shower at all (after a long day outside).- No stock of paper towels or toilet papers and we had to buy ours.The host was addressing the issues but could not solve. I have a full conversations with him, and looked for a profit out of the stay rather than really helping.Currently, he is sending less than a night cost as a partial refund and telling me to call his insurance rather than making up to all the troubles.Also, Vrbo customer service doesn't help and says it all host's responsibility to make up things.I respectfully decline this and probably get it to legal.

We enjoyed our stay overall and really appreciated the beautiful ocean view and direct beach access. The gym area was also great — clean, spacious, and overlooking the water. The condo had thoughtful touches like multiple coffee makers, coffee, and a few beach items, which were nice extras. It's a small space, but we knew that when we booked.That said, there were a couple of challenges. When we arrived, the room had a strong musty smell that returned whenever it was closed up. We did a deep clean and aired it out, which helped, but the odor never completely went away. We had to open both doors each night to air it out, that helped a lot. The tub also drains very slowly, which could use attention.One major positive — when we let the owner, Alex, know about an issue with the bed, he had a brand-new one delivered the same day. We really appreciated that responsiveness. His expediency with this is why a 4 star review is warranted.Overall, for the price, location, and view, it’s a good value stay, but a few maintenance and freshness updates would make it great.

Clean place to stay with no frills. The balcony is the real appeal of this place, with a great view of the beach. Access to the beach was super convenient. The owner was very communicative. Alex kept us updated along the way and was very kind. We would definitely stay again! The hotel itself was a little run down so I would definitely recommend staying with this owner over booking through the hotel.

Almost everything you need

Super cozy, right on the ocean!! Stocked with plenty of blankets and beach supplies! The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. The door automatically locked which was cool and made us feel safe. The only little issue was we happened to run out of toilet paper and weren’t able to find any extra, so it wasn’t quite stocked with everything we needed. But other than that it was perfect!

Great place

The place was great with easy access to ocean and the pool is nice even though it wasnt open at the time we went due to them waiting on a part for the pump. The location is great with it being just a little ways from all the shoping. Me and my friends had a great time and would come hear agian next time we come to myrtle Beach.

Property is clean and price is reasonable! Lots of beach equipment for use! Chairs umbrellas, boggie boards etc.Location is also wxcellent!

Room and host excellent

I enjoyed my stay. The room was excellent and throughly clean. The room was stacked with plenty of accessories (games, toiletries, coffee, condiments, ect.). The host was very accommodating, responded quickly, and the check-in/check-out process was simple. My only issue was the property management. The pool and jacuzzi water was muggy and they could do a better job on emptying the trash cans more regularly. I very much enjoyed my stay, the room, and the professionalism of the host though.

Fantastic Ocean view. Always clean and fresh (UV light cleaning is a part of the sanitation). Full kitchen (includes toaster, blender to make morning smoothies, coffee machine) with stove and refrigerator. Free Internet and TV. Beach chairs and tent, beach umbrella are included in rent. Great location, close to family golf, close to the airport. Great facility (fast elevator too). A lot to discover around.
