3000 square feet ancestral house in the heart of Quebec city. This house was built in the late 1800`s, although I just renovated in order to host travellers around the world that want to experience a unique stay.

This typical Old-Quebec house is usually split between 2 units for travellers. Therefore, the 2nd floor is only accessible from the outside. Perfect house for groups that need the extra rooms.

This is a can`t miss opportunity if you are travelling as a group in Quebec city!

This is open-concept house offers a huge variaty of rooms to enjoy your stay.

It has 3 bedrooms equiped with 2 queen sized beds, 1 bedroom with a king-sized, 1 bedroom with a queen size bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with a single bed. A baby travel crib is available upon request at a cost of $10 per night, maximum $50 per stay.

There is 2 fully equiped trendy kitchens, 2 living rooms with Smart TV, 3 1/2 bathrooms and a dining room.

This really is the best of both worlds as you can enjoy together time on the huge first floor but you also get intimity and privacy with all the rooms available!

The property is located on rue Saint-Vallier which is renowned for its many restaurants and cafes. You will find everything you want within walking distance. You are at 15-20 minutes of walking distance to the famous Old Québec and all the best places to see. You will live there like a local while being close to the city`s biggest tourist attractions.

If you come by car, 120, 254 and 296 Saint-Vallier are the closest parking available. It’s 30$/day.

*In the event of cancellation, credit card charges are payable by the customer (varies between 3% and 5% depending on the financial institution).

Great stay! Location is perfect. So much to do right around property: restaurants, bakeries, grocery stores, playgrounds, parks. Neighborhood vibe is safe and lively. And parking was a breeze.

A group of 11 adults stayed for four nights prior to going on a cruise. The accommodations were perfect and the location was outstanding for local restaurants and activities. Communications with the host and his team was always quick and helpful.

Amazing property and hosts. Jean Charles was very attentive to our needs and helpful.The property is great - very comfortable beds and clean bathrooms and kitchen. Location is idea - never more than 15 minutes away to any of the key sites.

A great place to stay in Quebec City!

We had the best time at this location in Quebec City. It was very clean , spacious and close to everything. Jean-Charles was a perfect host. Would definitely recommend booking here to take a group to Quebec City!!

We greatly enjoyed our stay taking part in all Quebec City had to offer. We loved the Old City. Lots of delicious restaurants and interesting sites. Took advantage of all that we could in three days!! It was an exciting and wonderful family vacation.

We rented both of these units for a family reunion of 18 people celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. The units are in an attractive stand-alone structure and are spacious and very well-equipped. Communication with the host was uniformly excellent and timely. The location is within walking distance of shopping (including a wonderful patisserie and several cafes and bars), and although it's a somewhat longer walk to the major Quebec tourist attractions, we all did the walk several times without any issues. We recommend it highly!

Family Spring Break

We loved this condo! Very clean and close enough to walk to most of our activities. Check in went smooth and I found the communication timely and helpful. Beds were very comfortable and we liked have separate thermostats in each room. Perfect size for our family of 5. Highly recommend

2 day stay with friends

Property worked well for two families with children ages 10-17, utilizing both upstairs and downstairs units. Parking was manageable near the property, and we Ubered to and from the old city. Kitchen was very well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. Dominique was easy to work with.

Lovely place in the heart of Quebec City

A family vacation with three siblings and their families. The place has a large kitchen and living/dining room for lots of great meals. Perfect location to explore the city and easy access to nature. We had a great time and totally recommend it. A parking lot across the street ($25/day) allows you to come and go throughout the day/night without additional charge. Easy and convenient.

Well appointed

Our family stayed in 135 & 137 and there were bedrooms for everyone! The apartments were comfortable and well appointed with kitchen that is well equipped, washer and dryer and an easy walk to Old Quebec. Jean-Claude was friendly and responsive to all of our needs and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Thanks for sharing your lovely city!

Quebec City birthday celebrations

We are a group of 11 women celebrating our 70th birthdays and booked both condos. The condos were perfect for us as we gathered in the larger condo for cocktails and appetizers nightly before heading to the many fabulous restaurants-approx 10 minute cab ride away. The condos are totally as advertised - well stocked and so inviting. Definitely a five star review.

Great for our group of friends

This property is in an excellent location with the Old City, Lower Town, Plains of Abraham, and Avenue Cartier all within walking distance. Pictures are all accurate, property was very clean. Kitchen was reasonably equipped (although knives were pretty dull). Furniture is not super comfortable, but the beds were all very comfortable. We rented the entire property (both upstairs and downstairs condos) for our group of 6 couples and the space worked well for us.

Wonderful four day experience

We were a family of 12 ranging in age from 19-82 yrs old who gathered to celebrate a special birthday from across Canada- Montreal, Toronto and Vancouver. The main level space was large, open and facilitated great camaraderie and time together after not seeing each other for multiple years- beautiful kitchen with La long island and a dining room table that sat all of us. Quebec City allowed us to be together to just chill but also to visit, learn and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

A gorgeous apartment for 9 of us. Spacious, clean, and very comfortable for all of us. The only concern was an element in the oven went, we informed the host asap, and they responded just as quickly. A long weekend, so was glad we didn't need to use the oven again, as it couldn't be fixed before we left, but a bottle of wine was sent as an apoloogy for having to go through this. Thank you! I would definitely return!
