This 2000sqft newly renovated condo awaits your perfect gateway in the heart of the city. It's Huge !

This 2 story condo offers a large kitchen, a big living room perfect for socializing, a dining room, 3 close bedrooms and 2,5 bathrooms. The Kitchen island is 14 feet long, perfect for enjoying an aperitif while cooking a wonderful meal.

Large windows and 10 foot ceilings will give you the impression of being in a majestic and very bright place.

This building dating from the late 1800s has been completely renovated to make it the most beautiful apartment in Quebec City. The red brick walls and the large common spaces will make you fall in love with the place as soon as you arrive.

Whatever the purpose of your trip, you will find what you want here.

The condo is located on rue Saint-Vallier which is renowned for its many restaurants and cafes. You will find everything you want within walking distance. You are at 15-20 minutes of walking distance to the famous Old Québec and all the best places to see. You will live there like a local while being close to the city's biggest tourist attractions.

If you come by car, 120, 254 and 296 Saint-Vallier are the closest parking available. It’s 30$/day.

On site, you will find a welcome guestbook with several of our suggestions for activities or even restaurants. We will always be available to answer your questions, our one and only goal is to make your stay in Quebec City unforgettable.

The condo is located on rue Saint-Vallier which is renowned for its many restaurants and cafes. You will find everything you want within walking distance. You will live there like a local while being close to the city's biggest tourist attractions.

It is possible to park in the street on weekends but there is also a public parking lot across the street.

A baby travel crib is available upon request at a cost of $10 per night, maximum $50 per stay.

-Limit the noise after 10PM.

-No shoes or boots inside the condo (leave it in the entrance).

-Start the dishwasher before leaving.

*In the event of cancellation, credit card charges are payable by the customer (3%).

The apartment was exactly as described, very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for 4 couples. Jean-Charles was very welcoming and responsive. The neighborhood w,as quiet and safe. We made the 25 minute walk to Old Town several times. We highly recommend this rental.

This was a fabulous condo! Spacious, clean with a well equipped kitchen. The eight of us all slept very well in the 4 bedrooms. The owner was always fast in his replies to my questions. He made suggestions for us regarding places to eat that the locals know are the best. So glad we stayed here!

This beautiful and unique property in Quebec City was perfect for our multi-generational family with lots of space and enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Communication with the host was excellent and everything was as advertised. The mix of historic and modern is beautiful and I would recommend this property.

Outlets in kitchen did not work. Did not realize that most of the bedrooms were down narrow stairs which was difficult for older people in our group. That would have been important to state in the description if it is not there. Overall a very nice stay

Wonderful stay in Quebec

We were a group of four women getting together for a girls’ trip. The Old/New Apartment was perfect for our stay. Wonderful restaurants close by, very near Old Quebec and very easy to walk or Uber anywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommend.

Sibling Reunion/80th Birthday Celebration in Quebec City

We were a group of 8 adults (7 siblings and our 80 year old Mother). The apartment was very clean and spacious. Well stocked kitchen. Convenient parking right across the street. Close to many restaurants and a bakery. Short drive to all the popular attractions. We had a great time!

Lovely place!

This property was excellent for my group of 5 friends. 1 room is off the dining area separated by a curtain which worked well for our group. The two full baths and 1 half bath were great! Kitchen was well appointed. Getting in and out was easy peesy!

Great time in Quebec City!

Truly wonderful stay in Quebec City - the home is beautiful, comfortable, and cozy, and had everything we needed for our family of 6. We cooked in one night and the kitchen had everything we needed for a delicious meal. The location is ideal, and we found ourselves walking everywhere to enjoy the area. Would highly recommend for a great home base!

Perfect VRBO Experience

An abundance of charm and convenience. The location could not have been better. Easy, close parking. Superior coffee shop a few doors down + any number of good spots to eat & shop nearby. Walking to Old Quebec was easy for the whole family & Ile d'Orleans was a quick drive. Could not have had a better trip and this place made that possible.
