A mix between red bricks from the original walls of the 1800's and the touch of brillance for styling this renovated loft makes for a perfect experience of the oldest city in North America. You will also find a 20 feet ceilling gaming room to enjoy a fun time with friends and family!

This ground-floor loft offers the most confortable living room to relax after a day of visiting the city. You will also have a fully equiped kitchen to cook your own meals if you do not feel like going out to one of the many restaurants nearby. This loft allows 6 adults to sleep confortably in 2 bedrooms; one with a king sized bed and the other with 2 queen sized beds. The 2 bedrooms are closed with opaque, sound-reducing curtains for maximum privacy. There is also 2 bathrooms, with one having a splendid shower up a 15 feet ceilling. Let's not forget about the 20 feet ceilling gaming room to enjoy a fun time with friends and family! A baby travel crib is available upon request at a cost of $10 per night, maximum $50 per stay.

Saint-Joseph is probably the most attractive neighborhood on the city, it is urban and hip. Its central location will allow you to get anywhere very easily. Take a walk over St-Joseph and Saint -Vallier streets and enjoy the best offer of trendy bars, restaurants and boutiques. You have also many groceries stores nearby. Getting to the Old Québec and Petit Champlain is very easy from there. You won't get bored with everything there is to do there. Indeed, it's also close to the Central train station!

The parking lot is a minute walk away. The address is 685 rue Sainte-Marguerite. It’s only 30$ CAD per day. You also have an unloading zone right in front of the condo, so you can drop your luggage and then go to the parking lot.

You can do everything walking. If you want to take the bus, you may find a stop very near over Charest Boulevard. You can get anywhere from there. Otherwise, you can also take a taxi or Uber, it's very practical!

For those arriving at the airport, the apartment is just a 15-minute drive away.

Everything was spectacular and as shown in the photos! The bed were comfortable and linens were fresh and luxurious. Fully stocked kitchen! We lived this stay and wish more places could be like this. Excellent location for lots of walking around.
Right on street level was so convenient! We felt completely safe as there were two locking doors to get into the suite.

Wonderful space for family

The condo was ideal for our family trip. Nearby to restaurants and a market, and a reasonable walk to the old city. Checking in and out was easy, and Dominique communicated before, during, and after our stay.

The place was beautiful and clean, the beds were so comfortable and the water pressure in the shower amazing. There is a folding step in the kitchen for shorties to reach the high cabinets. Washer, dryer and iron. Everything you need in the kitchen. Basic pantry (s&p, oil, coffee, sugar etc). Plenty of power points, both sides of the master bed as well. The bedroom doors are curtains, worked well for our family and allows the heat to circulate. Host has included pamphlets of local attractions and local information in both English and French. There is a supermarket/ grocery store walking distance down the road. Check-in was a breeze, with a personalised code. This was great as our flight arrived around 11pm. There is secured parking nearby. Walking distance to Old Qubec. The area is near a local homeless shelter and there are a lot of homeless people around. That said, we were travelling with 2 kids and felt safe walking around and at home in the apartment. Thankyou for a great stay.

Great location!

The spotless apartment had everything needed for a great stay. The location is right in the middle of an area with interesting stores and restaurants but the apartment is super quiet. The host was really quick to respond to any questions and is very welcoming. We would definitely stay in a Deluxe apartment again!

Amazing condo

Great Weekend

We absolutely loved our visit to Quebec!!! The Deluxe Apartment was perfect…very clean, beds were comfy and the shower was fantastic! Dominique was wonderful, he got back to us very quickly with answers to a few questions, very helpful! We would for sure stay here again!

Lovely long weekend

Great Stay - just a few things to know!

We had a great stay! Our multi-generational group (grandparents, parents and baby) all had a wonderful stay! The place was extremely clean and had all we needed in the kitchen for making meals. The beds were comfy and the shower was a dream! These weren’t big deals to us at all and didn’t change the trip in the slightest but could be important to some - there are no doors on the bedrooms, only really good blackout curtains. The location is also in a mixed area, nice and popular restaurants and a homeless shelter and soup kitchen. We didn’t mind at all but there are lots of people at all times on the streets. We enjoyed having the grocery store within walking distance and enjoyed some of the local restaurants while there. Fantastic stay and would certainly stay again!

Quelle belle place , proche de tout du Vieux Quebec a 6-7 min en auto ! tres propre peut coucher jusqu’à 6 personnes en deux chambres ! A refaire anytime !
