The house is equipped with a 670 galons reserved water tank, backup solar power, generator and the property gate is electric with beeper.

This property is located on Camino Playa where there is a strip of local bar/restaurants withing walking distance. You could also take photos with the art pieces located along the coast from the "Guardianes de la Costa of Aguada Crasftmans" (Guardian of the Coast).

From the gate to the right at about a 10 minute walk from the house there is the Puerta del Descubrimiento plaza, where you could take a free trolley ride to town center, supermarkets, etc. The Trolley runs Monday thru Friday from 7:00am to 3:00pm. No service on weekends. On Saturdays afternoon there is a Craftsman's shop where you could buy hand made souvenirs, specialty candy, breads and more.

To the left of the gate , at walking distance there is Pico Piedra beach with gazebos, showers, bathrooms, etc.

To either side from the gate you will find bar, restaurants, Tip Top Acai bowls and a lot more.
