Bienvenido a nuestra tranquila villa Casa del Mar frente al mar. Nuestra propiedad está ubicada en una hermosa comunidad nueva y cerrada a solo unos pasos de su propia playa privada. Comience el día desde su cama tamaño queen con vista al tranquilo océano y termine su día en nuestra piscina con la vista de la espectacular puesta de sol. La ciudad de Aguada es una hermosa ciudad cultural con cocina costera latina y diversión nocturna. Reserve su estadía en Casa Del Mar para una escapada íntima y divertida.

Amazing experience

This property was definitely a great choice for my first vacation to Puerto Rico! The location is perfect - we loved being able to hear and see the ocean from our villa. Quiet neighborhood, comfortable bed, clean, lots to do eat close by.

The property is in a great central location to get to the beautiful beaches on the West side of the island. Luis provided wonderful food recommendations. We really enjoyed our time here.

Awesome place

What a great place to stay. Cozy and comfortable with all the amenities you need and right in front of the beach. You hear the sound of the waves day and night which is delightful. We were also very close to family. We will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely perfect!

Our stay at this unit was absolutely perfect! I wish we could have stayed so much longer. It was super clean, communication with the host was very good, the location was really convenient to lots of activity, and the water was literally steps away. We couldn't have asked for anything better!

Lovely cottage in great location

This cottage is lovely, clean and well appointed. We enjoyed being near the ocean and the great sunset views. Some days my partner surfed there, though surfing in Rincon was better and safer given the depth of the water/reef. I would absolutely stay there again.

Beautiful get away with ocean view

The listing was accurate and communication with Luis was easy and received timely response. Condo is perfect for two people. Amazing view from the front door, could sit and enjoy my morning coffee while listening to the surf. Wasn’t busy while we were there, so plenty of privacy and beach.

Peaceful. This is what we experience when we come to Casa Del Mar. The villa is perfect size for 2 adults. The view! This area is quiet but easy to get to everything. The owners are very responsive if needed. This is the only place we want to stay when we come to Aquada.

Just what we needed!

It was easy, peaceful, beautiful and, easy drives to some great beaches and restaurants. Host was very responsive and accurate. I travel A LOT , I highly recommend this place .. if you are looking for a chill, relax time, and safe ! On the beach this is the place !

Directly on the beach, cant get any closer

This is the best location if you would like to get away from the hustle and bustle of the cities and spend a few days relaxing in the ocean water and just absorbing the sun. Your private cottage is steps away from the beach. The beach is excellent.

If you love a great ocean view, with beautiful sunsets and starry nights from the balcony of a great and clean villa, this is a perfect place for you. There are a lot of beach options in the area, but you can also just relax in the villa.

Quaint and Nice!!

It was lovely to be able to sit in the living room and look at the ocean through the doors. It was even more wonderful going to sleep and waking up with the waves crashing. The beach by the gate to enter had some wood scattered, which seems to be leftover from a storm, but we could still walk down the rest of the beach and enjoy the ocean. We would definitely stay again!!! The hosts were wonderful with their communication.

Amazing spot

This is my second time staying at Casa Del Mar and I will be coming back the next chance I get. The ocean is right in front of you with an unobstructed view. The host is incredible and the place is always clean. I’ve stayed at other places nearby and this is by far the best one for 2 to 3 people. If you’re a surfer, this is perfectly positioned between Rincon and Aguadilla/isabela making it ideal for going to either location depending on the conditions. Can’t say enough good things about this place.

Amazing beachfront villa! Accommodations were as described, if not better! Excellent location at the end of the beach road with easy access to restaurants, shopping and beaches! Host was very responsive and provided detailed information in a binder. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon! Thank you!

Better then expected

Communication was fantastic. The villa was extremely cozy and intimate. The sunsets were in perfect view. I enjoyed the hammock seat and the pool was just a few feet away. Easy access to the beach.Villa appeared to be the perfect spot for us. We have been telling our friends and family about Casa De Mar. The shower had low pressure and there was either super cold or extremely hot water temperature.

Amazing spot on the beach

Can’t say enough good things. The unit was clean and perfectly positioned in front of the waves. Location was secure and not sketchy at all. Neighbors were super friendly. The pictures actually don’t do the real spot justice. I’ll be returning as soon as I can.

On the beach

The floors weren’t very clean and there was no coffee pot. There was a one cup percolator that did the trick but was no convent and was messy. It is right off the beach so listening to the waves from inside with the doors open was nice and felt secure with it being gated.

This piece of paradise has been a dream come true for me for many years. I"ve always wanted a peaceful view of the ocean and enjoy a glass of wine at sunset. Here you have it all, swimming pool for adults and a small pool for children. This is a new construction with all new appliances ,furniture and fixtures.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

I chose this property for the location. It's a private community and a very safe neighborhood. It is near the coastal with many latin restaurants that offer authentic dishes and drinks all through out the beach strip. Music in some of the restaurants or just eat out by the beach.
