Gated Estate - Full private kitchen and TV room, 1 bed, 1 bath, private entrance

This 900 square foot in-law suite is the East wing of a home that is sequestered off with its own full kitchen and its own entrance. There is a queen size bed with a TV in one bedroom and one full bathroom. There is another living room/game room with wall mount TV, dining area and full kitchen. There are horses and dogs on the property. It is in an equestrian estate gated neighborhood. The back yard has a grill, a fire pit, and a putting green, and a 50 foot water slide, but the pool is not heated. You will need to notify the owner when using the back yard due to animals on the premises.

Perfect blend of privacy and comfort in an inviting home away from the busy Phoenix city but yet close enough drive for all that Phoenix has to offer. Properly was clean and comfortable and Laura was a great host who had wonderful breakfast food ready at check in for the next day. The area had great hiking with scenic views. I stayed a month and would highly recommend a stay at this place.

Its a beautiful place. Quiet, clean and relaxing. Laura is so kind and she put a few things in the ice box before i got there. Its a really nice getaway from city noise.

Perfect set up for visiting family

I needed a place for my niece and her two boys when she came out to help me post surgery. Laura had the perfect set up and location for them. I appreciate Laura's hospitality. She was very easy to work with.

Biking the Sonoran Preserve

Laura, our host was wonderful. The property was beautiful and the accommodations were everything we needed. The property is within biking distance of the preserve so we could come and go as we liked without having to load our bikes or synchronize our rides. The property has a beautiful pool and grounds that were made available for our use. It will definitely be our first choice when we visit the desert again.
