This newly finished luxury condo offers everything you need for a comfortable stay: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and space for up to six guests. It is conveniently located just 1.5 miles from the Angel Fire Resort ski base area, making it a great choice for hitting the slopes or simply enjoying the beautiful views. Inside, you will find a spacious kitchen with full-size appliances, including a dishwasher to make meal prep easier. The adjacent living/dining area is perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. The dining table seats four, with two additional spots at the kitchen bar for casual meals. The living room features a large smart TV, an electric fireplace, a queen sleeper sofa, and a cozy armchair. The patio offers outdoor seating, ideal for taking in the mountain air. A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located in the entryway closet. The primary bedroom features a king bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom offers a queen-over-queen bunk bed, and the second bathroom, located just across the hall, has a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR LIVING: Outdoor Seating.
GENERAL: WiFi, linens/towels, hair dryers, and hangers are included as well as a kitchen pack and soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
LOCATION: The Grande 104 is about 1.5 Miles from the Ski Lodge (about a 6 minute drive)
PARKING: Outside Front Parking
POOL AND FITNESS: The indoor pool and fitness center at the Angel Fire Country Club are available for a daily/weekly/monthly fee.

The indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center at the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort is not available for public use. As well as amenities in The Grande (Fitness center, lounge, ect.)

WHAT TO KNOW:
This property is managed by Angel Fire Resort Vacation Rentals, 10 Miller Lane, Angel Fire, NM.
Check-in is available after 4 p.m. at the front desk of the Lodge at Angel Fire Resort. Please return keys/fobs to the front desk by 10 a.m. for check-out.
Because Angel Fire does not have residential trash pickup, trash must be taken to the Recycling Center by guests. There is a map to the Recycling Center in your guestbook. Please do not leave any trash outside as the wildlife will open the bags. We offer a Trash Removal option for your reservation; for a $100.00 fee, we will remove all bagged trash from the property after your check-out. If trash is left in the property, a $300.00 Trash Removal Penalty will be charged to your reservation.
Smoking is not permitted on our properties.
Pets are ONLY allowed in designated pet-friendly homes.
4WD or AWD vehicles are required for our homes during the winter months (November-March). It is not required to access the condos in the village, but if you are not used to winter driving, please be prepared for difficult driving conditions and use caution.
