I have to say that we were quite dissatisfied with the condo itself. We've rented condos from Sea Spray on several occasions, and this one was far and away the worst. Upon entering, we noticed a strong smell (I thought it smelled moldy, my husband thought there may have been an odd-smelling cleaner used, but it persisted throughout the week. I could even smell it when I was unpacking our clothes back home.) We noticed that the paneling was warped and/or peeling away from the wall and that the unit did not have a washer as indicated on the listing. In trying to prepare a simple meal of spaghetti, we found that there wasn't sufficient cookware even for that simple meal - only one small pot. In addition, the microwave didn't work. Then, when my family left to go down to the beach, I got stuck in the condo because there's no knob on the inside of the screen door, which had shut behind them. I had to call them to come back and let me out as I was unable to grip the end of the exposed screw to turn it far enough to release. And finally, the primary bedroom and bath had issues, too. The bed was a soft sink hole, and the cold water in the shower didn't work, so we all had to line up to use the shower in the other bathroom. So, having paid the same for this condo has we have for others that were in better shape, it was a disappointment.
