Härlig stuga-stil en-sovrums strandlägenhet i två familjens viktorianska hem i Ocean Grove bara tre hus till stranden.
Njut av Ocean Grove vackra stränder och vänliga, pittoreska småstad känsla. En av Fodors översta 15 stränder i världen. Inte en, men två gammaldags glassbarer i drift i över 100 år! Steg tillbaka i tiden till denna moderna River City, Iowa (vid havet) i slutet av århundradet.

Ocean Grove är ett charmigt ställe att koppla av och dekomprimera från vardagens stress. Denna strand hus ligger på en vacker gata i ett önskvärt södra änden grannskap bara ett stenkast från strandpromenaden. Vi är också nära bryggan och steg från duschar och anläggningar på enkla vackert restaurerade strandpromenaden. Park och tennisbana i närheten. Gården och grillen är tillgängliga för din användning. Tåget till NYC stoppar en kort promenad bort vid närliggande Asbury Park eller Bradley Beach tågstationer. Akademibussen till New York City plockar upp och släpper ut rätt i stan.

Den 1-rumslägenhet ligger på första våningen. En breezy utomhus veranda med utsikt över havet ligger precis utanför din dörr. Det finns en queen size-säng i sovrummet och en utdragbar bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet (queen size-madrass) som kan rymma ytterligare personer på kort sikt. Utdragbar säng efter överenskommelse.

Det finns en takfläkt och luftkonditionering hela. Två strand märken. Tvättmaskin / torktumlare på plats.

Nice experience

The host was wonderful and easy to communicate with. The property was clean, cozy and super close to the beach as well as restaurants. We were thrilled to have access to the garage which provided safe storage for bikes and golf clubs. The property has a nice living room and TV for relaxing as well as good WiFi service. We also enjoyed the front porch at the end of a busy day! Great little getaway.

SeaHearNow festival weekend

Awesome location 20 minute walk to venue. 100yards to the beach and boardwalk. Cute little cottage that was perfect for our needs. Debbie was great with communication and responding to our questions. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Adorable house, perfect for what we needed

My girlfriends and I stayed here during the Sea.Hear.Now festival in Asbury and the house was exactly what we were looking for: clean, within walking distance to the venue, quiet neighborhood and a great front porch for sipping our morning coffee. Fantastic communication with the owner who was accommodating to our slightly larger group of 4 adults.

Relaxing by the Sea

From the easy check in to the ambiance of the apartment and the delicious cake so graciously left to welcome us, our stay here was lovely. The view from the porch and the nearness of the beach with its amenities right at hand was exactly w hat we were looking for. My husband is a big man (6’3” & 240 lbs) and he loved having all the room to stretch out in. The decor was relaxing and all of the extras provided was so helpful in our first rental experience. There was nothing missing that we needed to enjoy our visit. Our hostess Debbie was incredibly patient with our clumsiness with using the internet and learning the in and outs of process. I have limited mobility due to MS and this property was excellent for my needs.

Great Vacation Rental

Great location. Wonderful home. Very relaxing. Short walk to the beach and the owner kindly provides passes. The only negative is parking is a problem. We saw two cars scraped by careless drivers who simply drove away without any attempt to contact the owners.

It was a typical New Jersey beach house that was well maintained.

We especially enjoyed the relaxing pace of Ocean Grove and the location of the beach house. It was 3 houses from the boardwalk as advertised and within walking distance of many fine restaurants.The owner of the beach house called us to ensure we were satisfied with the accommodations. I would recommend the beach house for anyone looking for a place to rent in Ocean Grove.

Very clean...

My first time down the shore, it was a great experience. My apartment was very clean and cozy. It was close to all great reausturant and stores. One big plus its three houses to the beach.

2017 Ocean Grove - The Best!!

Have stayed in Ocean Grove for over 5+ years and it keeps getting better every year!!! The house is awesome!! Very quiet, quaint and a wonderful front porch with views of the Ocean. Everything is so clean and nice inside...you truly feel at home in this 1st floor rental. The porch offered awesome quiet coffee mornings and incredible evenings!! This will definitely be our new weekly summer get away!! Thank you to the owner for being so helpful, thorough and flexible!!! We had a wonderful time!!

A very relaxing time at the beach!

I stayed in this lovely apt. by the sea for one week - June 20-27, 2014. I enjoyed my stay very much - the apt. is just as pictured. The owner was very easy to work with. The location - near the south end of the boardwalk was perfect - it was very close to one of the beach entrances. Also a very easy walk to the center of town and my favorite shops - The Comfort Zone and Nagle's ice cream shop! I really enjoyed the front porch, with the ocean breezes, too! I look forward to returning to this apt. soon!

It is a quiet throwback to a place like River City, Iowa (remember the Music Man?) only with ocean views! We welcome people from all walks of life. We are blessed: we have hosted wonderful guests, and are fortunate to offer this oasis in the sun, steps from the ocean, in a desirable, diverse, beautiful, clean community.
