Quiet neighborhood but close to shops, Old Town Scottsdale and Kierland. Located 92nd and Poinsettia close to 101 freeway. Gardner,internet and HOA dues included.

The property was pet friendly. There was a lovely open green space accessible from the rear of the property with shade trees that was well maintained. Grocery, medical care, restaurants and shopping was a short ride away. This 2 bedroom was ideal for us.
