Four couples had a wonderful time at the property. The home is spotless, in a great location, and the pool table is an added bonus. Great property with beautiful outdoor deck/dining area.
Property is exactly as described/depicted in photos. Amazing views and about 15 min from town with grocery store and restaurants. We enjoyed the outdoor porches immensely and made most our meals in the kitchen. Would stay here again!
The property is great for couples/friends since it has 5 bedrooms and baths. Nobody felt crowded. The views are incredible and the home is very spacious. Very nice kitchen so we cooked in each night and enjoyed dinner on the large table on the deck. Large table inside was used every morning. The pool table was also a hit.
Location was very convenient to the lake, fairgrounds & groceries. The house is spacious. The kitchen has a lot of pots & pans but limited serving pieces (limited large bowls/platters, etc). Be prepared to bring foil, zip locks, Tupperware, Saran Wrap, etc. We loved the upper deck table and chairs, couch by outside fireplace. There is nothing on the lower deck, so that is probably the only thing that was lacking. It’s a huge space with nothing at all…no chairs, no furniture at all, no yard games, etc. The pool table downstairs is a good addition. One of the bedrooms doesn’t have a window!….it also doesn’t have a closet or dresser, so there is nowhere to put your suitcase and felt like you were basically sleeping in a large closet. That’s the only downside. The other rooms are spacious with large bathrooms. All of the beds are very, very firm. For the price, the hose could definitely upgrade the sheets. Nobody (all 6 of us) in our group slept well due to how firm the beds were without even the slightest bit of quilted mattress cover. Pillows are super thick so weren’t comfortable. One of our group opted to sleep on the couch bc the beds were so uncomfortable. There is a house right next door so while the house seems private, when you are outside, you can hear everything on the next deck and they can hear everything from this house as well. At the time of our visit, you would need a higher clearance vehicle and an AWD/4x4 bc the gravel road is VERY washed out.

Why Do You Need A Buyer's Agent? First of All Having a Buyer's Agent Does Not Add to your Cost. The seller along with the seller's agent pays the buyer's agent fee. Many buyers mistakenly believe they would get a better deal if they do not use a buyer's agent. They assume that since the seller has to pay the agent a commission, they would be willing to pass those savings on to the buyer if they do not use an agent. This is NOT true. In fact, seller's agents charge the same price regardless of whether or not you use an agent.
Here are a few things a buyer's agent does:
Helps you through the negotiating process. This is probably the most important part of having an agent represent you. The agent working for the builder or seller has one job and that is to sell you a home – maximizing the profits for their seller. You have to understand everything you're signing including addendums to the contract, possible delays, what would happen if your current home doesn't sell, etc. The most important thing to remember is that a buyer's agent helps walk you through everything step by step and works FOR YOU, not the seller. Makes sure you don't overpay for a home. If you buy your home directly from the seller's agent they are only looking out for the seller's interests. A buyer's agent will provide you with valuable comparable properties and five you their opinion of the value. Much, much more! A buyer's agent is a valuable asset to any home purchase and should never be considered an unnecessary part of the process.
